breath. ate my dinner, washed off the makeup and I have opened up the window both in the corridor and in my room. Its the hottest day of the year, the thermometer is up to 45 degrees, no bird is brave enough to adventure out into this sticky air. London feels oppressive 😳☀️🌡.. but after dinner things come back into prospective and my mind opens the doors to meditation 💆‍♀️.. i am happy overall with the day, did my job well, no complains, everyone left happy and fiances were okay until my boss came standing next to me with a huge bowl of food 🍔 and from that point on all my senses went crazy 😖. numbers in bin I left desk with a mess of zeros and ¥++ ➗ .. hey its not the end of the world 😉Tomorrow I will start from scratch. 

🌻on the positive: this afternoon came the confirmation from BAD academy saying that my application is fully approved ✌🏻I will officially start radiography and radiology in September 2019. its gonna be a challenge having extra classes and materials and training on top of the regulator language major, but I promise to myself to enjoy every moment, learn as much as I can and make it worth it from start to finish. I am happy, proud of myself and full of gratitude for the people that made this adventure possible. I am wiser than last year, I think in a different manner, I can process more complex information and I can elaborate them like a woman/adult. I cut down daily bad habits, things that are unhealthy or harmful for my body and I choose more and more to feed my brain with philosophy, science, technology and positive emotions. 

soaking my feet in ice-cold water for a good night sleep. tomorrow i will do what i can, not what I cannot. I am not here to save the world, i am not perfect and that's okay👩🏻‍💻✌🏻 🍚🥝: )

NGC 2392, known as the Eskimo Nebula or Clown Face Nebula, is a planetary nebula visible with a small telescope in Gemini. William Herschel discovered this planetary nebula in 1787 and cataloged it as H IV.45. John Herschel observed it from England in the 1820s, numbered it as h 450, and included it in the 1864 General Catalogue as GC 1532. It became NGC 2392 in J. L. E. Dreyer's New General Catalogue of 1888. Because of its double-shell morphology, this nebula was nicknamed the Eskimo or Clown Face Nebula: it resembles a person's head surrounded by a parka hood. The nebula has a visual magnitude of 9.1, and is about about 40" in diameter. A modest telescope will show a small greenish ball and reveal the central star. The central star, HD 59088, is of spectral type O7f and visual magnitude 10.5, and thus seen quite easily. Its distance is not very well known, and estimated sometimes at some 3,000 light years. In larger instruments, the Eskimo Nebula exhibits a fine luminous, bluish-colored disk divided by a concentric dark ring. The central portion is 15" across with a 10.4 magnitude central star. 🌹🍃 I have got an intense day of writing ahead. its six am and the sky is august blue. my father sent me this picture last night. it's from our home garden and gives me purpose and strength when I feel a little weak and tired.  I haven't got long to go before the final test so I better concentrate and focus. see you on the other side...
