I feel bad for Ted, though. Up until Apathy set in he really had a chance to just exist and keep ignoring Rick. I think his mistake was taking his friends home. It is understandable for them to be excited about the technology—he is their First Contact after all—but he could’ve just said no when they kept asking for modifications…

More on Kali’s friends and how they’ll be getting involved with the party coming soon, but for now I’m curious if y’all have any ships involving Kali and/or her friends. Honestly, Kali surviving is the main thing I want for her in this fic, but I’m always down to add more lesbians to the story lol.

From what I’ve read a lot of Kali ships are with the older teens like Nancy, Jonathan, Robin, and even Steve, but I don’t see Kali suddenly falling for someone she just met while trying to help her sister honestly, though I’m open to having my mind changed if anyone feels very passionately about it. Since I’ve already decided Rockie is endgame, I didn’t include Kali x Robin. But since I’m still split between Jancy and Stancy, I’m not necessarily opposed to one of the boys falling for Kali, though I’ve gotta say she and Steve don’t really make much sense to me on paper (but again I could be persuaded, I just think Jonathan is more likely to fall for an alt baddie like Kali lol.)
Btw I’m not necessarily opposed to Nancy x Kali either, but I did not include it on this poll because I think it would make more sense with the buildup of S4 to resolve the stoncy triangle with at least one of those ships being endgame, and I mean I’ve played these games before I know any wlw ship with Nancy will dominate lmao.
Personally, I prefer Kali with either Mick or Dottie but like I said I’m open to suggestions. If y’all do prefer Kali to be on her own in the end or with either Steve or Jonathan, I might do Mick x Dottie honestly. But I also totally understand if yall would prefer that none of Kali’s crew be romantically involved because they are such a strong found family, but also punk lesbians. Anyway, if you have any thoughts or ideas on ships relating to Kali’s crew, I would love to hear them in the comments or my dms and inbox are always open!
