When people use the fact that there are little sources that discuss ramcoa to "prove" that RAMCOA exists as a whole, i get so confused. i feel like it's obvious to me as to why there is next to no definitive proof of this abuse, especially not in a scientific sense. and especially the stuff that is available not easily accessed online. below the cut i ramble about it if you're curious to my reasoning.
NOT a specific process or type of programming, but it discusses how and why children are programmed, and how the timing correlates with the current resources we have.
let's look at the process of programming for example. programming typically happens to YOUNG children. this is because the younger you are, the easier it is to traumatize you. children are entirely dependent on the adults in their life to teach them certain skills, such as emotional regulation, critical thinking, navigating problems, group participation, etc. because a child does not already have these rules implemented (at least not as heavily as adults), it's easier to change them up. so, as a general overview, programming will usually happen to young children. what else do we know about child development psychologically speaking? well, a child's memory is kind of finicky. someone who is abused at 4 years old might either completely block out those memories or have them jumbled up by 18 years old. so, that means that survivors of ramcoa in childhood are going to have a really hard time explaining their trauma, let alone creating scientific sources about it. what about non-survivors? why arent they writing about it? a few reasons. one reason is that it would be entirely unethical to run even an observation of programming in a scientific context. you would have to stand by and allow a child to be tortured, and part of the time, you would have to keep this secret from the family/parents/relatives/guardians. another reason is because the government, law enforcement, etc frequently have ties to programming. groups work with them to keep out of trouble. and then there's a pretty common reason, which is survivors not being believed by those who could possibly help. obviously, the programmers and abusers doing the tasks are not going to write about programming; it would expose their own actions. also, i am begging yall to realize that the age of which children are being programmed is intentional. young children are programmed because it's easy, because they won't remember things properly (if at all), because they won't be believed later in life. young children are chosen because almost all of the time, they will never speak up about their abuse and be believed and press charges. and if they don't do any of those things, there will almost never be any research, proper sources, or even personal accounts of the abuse. the sources that are out there are also not going to be easily accessed on the internet. if they were easily accessed and more people saw them, then not only would there be public outrage, but more survivors would come forward. it would force the abusers to face the consequences of their actions. they would lose money, they would lose access, they would lose buildings, they would lose tools. part of this is being shown right now, with the general public finding and reading the epstein files.
so i feel like it's obvious as to why there are no scientific sources easily accessed on the internet, if at all, about ramcoa and programming. but that is just me and i am a survivor, so i probably think about it way too much. please take this with a grain of salt, this is not the end all be all and no programmer/abuser/group/etc is the same!!
