Worked out yesterday with @marcibrad_ Did her 8:00 Core Full Body workout....always hard (which is good).... Today (Friday) I rode my bike (in the basement). for 45 minutes. I'm going to increase my time by 5 minutes each time I ride. I'm going to be riding on odd days. Join me from your house. Let's get "Ride Ready" together. The warmer longer days will be here so soon! Started training for Moab Skinny Tire...March 13-15. @skinnytireevents. Haven't been on a bike FOREVER! My butt hurts and I was only in the saddle for 38 minutes....ouch! Train with me? Get your bike out and hook it up to an indoor trainer. I got mine cheap! Watched a video of a bike ride so it felt like I was outside (well sorta).....it's so fun to ride a bike in Moab or anywhere for that matter! So... I tested positive last Sunday! And have been home since. @amandasaurous_rex tested positive also~so we have been hanging out together. @whitneynotbrittney tested positive first.... she stayed in the basement for 10 days but @amandasaurous_rex and I got it anyway! We have all had a mild case. Cold like stuff~ runny nose cough~slight headache. Have been working as usual. Lucky for us. It's been interesting to HAVE to stay home. Actually gotten several things done that have been on my "to-do" list for too long. Hope and pray that all of you are doing well and that "this" has helped you to take some time to remember the things in our life that are most important. Week 2 day 10....painting again some more... and will be painting again because we realized that there was another cabinet that needed paint! We thought we were done~but we're not!
