I know how you artists are. You never skip the butterfly because of the colors. You never skip the beetle because of the ... shape. You never skip a centipede or millipede because of the legs. You never skip the spider because of the LORE. But ants are "boring" --right? NO WRONG

Ants are everything. Ants are the most successful members of the most successful group of land animals on the planet!

A nature drawing without ants is like a forest without leaves. Like night sky... without any stars. Do not forget the ants. Know the ants have not forgotten you!

This is my first time doing an offering candle! It is for Loki, my patron and the main god I work with.

I was in iceland(I know!!!🎉) for a week educational trip. We stopped at a geyser which had a Viking themed gift shop. I of course decided to get something for Loki. There were lots of cool things, but they were either very expensive or just not a representation of how I see Loki, or they didn’t really feel right.

So, I tried looking for animal symbols that are associated with them. There was lots of horse merch in the store connected to the one I was in, but still nothing I really liked. I went back to the Viking area, and I saw what’s in the photo above(minus the dressing). It definitely stood out to me.

I decided, alright. I’ll see what the pricing is and consider it if it’s like 20 or 15 dollars or something. I check the price, and it’s 10 dollars. Alright, Loki, this is what I’m buying.

So, I’m home now, and I dressed the candle with oil, then a blend of cinnamon pieces, dried rose petal, crushed red pepper, and paprika. I lit it, and it’s sitting on the nightstand next to me. I’m not putting it on his alter for now, since this is the first time I’m offering a candle and I want to be fire safe.

(Late-ish) evening update:

Had a really bad episode today, it took me out for the entire day. Didn't get much progress done (what was done was done by Angel) today, on a lot of fronts. I'm falling behind in school so DoB might take a seat on the back burner for a bit until the weekend.

In good news, I've finally figured out how the major part of the story is going to go (thank nature!), so I'm not really floundering about anymore, I have a point to work up to.

Aside from that, that's really all I have to say. Sorry for the boring-ish update, hopefully next time I'll have something good.

I lack respect for creators of media who say *they don't want their characters sexualised*. Than why make it public ? If you don't want sexual media of your characters than why make it public.

I dont know if its some creators first time on the internet but you have no right to get angry when you post your characters and than get all pissy with the fandom when they make mildly lewd art of your character. ☹

I'm not excited about an MCU reset.

I like that the universe got so big. I wanted it to get this big. I remember watching Avengers thinking, "It's a long shot, but in 20 years i want to show my kid the newest Avengers movie and tell them i saw that character introduced at their age."

I always wanted the MCU to go the way of legacy heroes. I want to continue watching movies with Ms. Marvel and Sam Wilson, i have absolutely zero interest in seeing a new Tony Stark or Steve Rogers.

i'm so tired of ppl throwing around the term ‘narcissist’ around . it's like ppl just want someone to punch down on n narcissists are the easiest target (n you're less likely to be called out for it bc everyone hates narcissists apparently) . n it'll be thrown out at the most random times when it has little correlation to the topic at hand . i hate existing on the internet as a pwNPD

larian is PASSIONATE as hell about this game, you can just tell how much they care in interviews. people should and will spport larian for their hardwork, for listening to player feedback, and for creating a great game!
