Smart, communicative, and nurturing, chickens are amazing. Like dogs and cats, they are worthy of life and kindness. However, we have arbitrarily assigned them as food and accept the cruel practices that they have to endure. Make the switch to plant based foods for a kinder, more equal world.

i’m a good person by default. i don’t have to be coaxed into doing the right thing or making good choices. it makes me feel good when i can make others feel good. you follow? so yesterday my mom said to me, “you are some different type of baby mama.” i have the ability to treat someone who doesn’t care about me at all with respect, love and kindness. yes, because they are responsible for giving me my son, period. 

he changed my life.

You shouldn't donate to charity, help the elderly cross the street, or rescue puppies in the hopes you'll be repaid later. I may not be able to cure cancer or end world hunger, but small kindnesses go a long way.

Well....

There’s a lot going on in this world... This Virus is effecting so many different people. People are suffering.. homeless...braving the world everyday when we’re being constantly barraged by so much pain and loss around the world...

These are the thoughts that have been on my mind since this quarantine started. I’m lost as how to cope but all I can do is work on my own mental health and hope for salvation from all this. I hope that these people that we are losing daily... are finally at peace and can finally rest easy.

Universe somehow lend my strength to those in need. 

If you’re trying your best to maintain a happy and positive mindset... I know it gets tough.. and I know you try your best. Remember...
