CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME FIND THESE I WAS ADDICTED TO THEM IN 2013 AND I NEVER SAW THEM AGAIN AND HELP
Hey a follow up question My enrolment appointment was scheduled for 24 Sep 4:30 pm EST , but I didn’t receive any mail from lassonde . I’ve emailed them regarding this too. What shall I do now?
Wait for a response from them, or try calling them instead. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder to ensure that the emails are not going there instead.

Hi just need some advice/opinion... I am in computer science so I'm not eligible to take an assessed grade (the classes are only electives). I'm transferring to another school in Sept and they need my final transcript by Aug 10 but the remediation period goes past Aug 10. I asked York admissions to make an exception for me and the other school to extend the deadline but neither will budge. If I drop both classes, will OSAP penalize me? Do you have any suggestions on what I can do?
The best decision would be to drop the courses so your admission to the new university is not delayed. It could affect your OSAP yes, you should call Student Financial Services and find out for sure.

Is Lassonde School of Engineering, or EECS courses affected by the strike? My profs haven't said anything yet.
We don’t know. Check their Twitter/Facebook for updates, or wait for them to email you.

Super interested in the Space Engineering program that York has to offer. However, I'm not sure how it's like in terms of the actual program. Can any engineering student currently enrolled in it give me insight as to what you learn? I'm only interested in Lassonde as it actually prepares you for the space industry, which has the careers I'd potentially like to pursue one day, but what do you exactly do? Is it like an aerospace engineering discipline? Or can you have a focus on other subjects?
Any Space Engineering students out there?

Hi ! I am planning to apply for Sept'16 intake for MS in Mechanical engineering in York. I wanted to know about the employment scenario after graduation?
Hi there,
If you’re going into the MASc program at Lassonde then that whole degree is focused on research. So, I think any career opportunities that you’ll be able to pursue would be academic (teaching) or research based (for companies, organizations, or universities).

Before pursuing a Masters I would also recommend looking into what career or path you want to follow specifically because some jobs might find you overqualified with a Masters, and in other instances you might have the education but not the work experience required. This is why a Masters should be an additional bonus to the knowledge and skills you're already practicing in a career/job. If your career plan is to do research or teaching at the higher level (professor) then you're good and Masters would be the next appropriate step.
