I was debating on posting this or not but I’m just going to put it out there. 💁
I’ve been getting so many #amazing messages and so much #support from everything #thankyou all so much for the #encouragement.💜💜💜
I’ve also been getting a lot of messages asking about my #diet and just general #weightloss #advice; so I figured I’d take a minute to explain what I’ve been doing.
⭐️First off if you think you’re at a point where you can’t lose weight and become a healthier version of yourself, you’re wrong.
That’s where I started.
I think we all lose sight of ourselves sometimes but when you don’t feed your #mind and #body properly you can’t expect to feel good.
That’s where my weight loss started. Focusing on good foods to #fuel my body, but also feeding my mind by focusing more on my hobbies and the things that make me happy. The things that make me who I am.
From there I started light workouts #walking, #situps etc.
⭐️#Dieting and a #healthy #lifestyle doesn’t come over night. You won’t see change in two days, but that’s not what matters. You will FEEL the change immediately, and if you push yourself your body will acclimate to these changes in diet and exercise and begin to crave and enjoy that #routine.
So, after my body acclimated to these changes I really started changing my diet and working out.
⭐️I started what’s called a #keto diet. It’s a very very #lowcarb diet with no #sugar.
Crazy?! No, not really.
This is how our bodies are supposed to function.
I cut out all carbs except for carbs from raw nuts and #vegetables (besides potatoes).
Other than that my diet consists of lean meat, fats from #leanmeat, dairy and eggs.
I’ve learned to love #eggs for their #protein, and also learned there is delicious organic cheese that has no carbs or sugar!!!
Cool thing about keto too you can eat #bacon, and #butter and those lean fats they are what your body uses for its energy! That’s why you end up burning #fat so quickly 😬!

As far as working out my brother was awesome enough to introduce me to his gym. FOCUS Athletes changed my idea of a gym. #crossfit
No one was staring at me or making me feel bad about my body. No one was staring at me or making me feel bad about my body. I was sweating and crying and these people were cheering me on. It's amazing how much harder you can push yourself when you know that others believe and are invested in you as well as yourself. I also always thought I would never survive a crossfit class... if you think that, you're wrong! If I can, you can! Everyone starts somewhere and there are modifications to everything! ⭐️I've also been really focusing on my endurance, jogging and interval training. That can sound intimidating but believe me, it is not. A minute or two of running, a minute or two of walking etc. it's a lot easier to start than you think. Don't let the work intimidate you. Your health is worth the time. 💜💜💜💜 Let me just say one more little thing before I end rant.... I never thought I'd be this happy again. I didn't feel comfortable in my own body.... The clarity and confidence you get from eating healthy and working your body is completely life changing. Don't be intimidated, don't be discouraged. Be motivated, be proud, be happy for yourself and do this for you.
