I felt myself being quite fatigued by the end of the 45 minutes. I think it's because I'm dragging from my 4.5 hour sleep Sunday night. I'm certain I'll feel a bit put back together by tomorrow morning. :)
It’s so cool how she does all these song workouts! These are enormously fun, and good to do before a main workout or yoga. They’re short but a lot more physically demanding than you would think by looking at the run time...

Going to a gym is expensive, running 5 miles a day is boring and while looking at all those motivational posts on fitblrs you are starting to lose hope.
Have no fear though, cause this is a tiny masterlist of some semi-easy exercises you can do, brought to you by one of the laziest shits on this website. I gathered some resources so you wouldn’t have to. I can’t guarantee that these will make you lose weight, but they are 10x more enjoyable than running 4miles a day and you will get the satisfaction of telling your friends that you are working out now.
All of these require no equipment cause this is a broke bitch zone.
