Random recommendation for anyone who, for one reason or another, has wanted to try false lashes but haven’t actually gone for it:
Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions Stick & Go Pre Glued Lashes
I had never tried false lashes prior to these, and I even I managed to put them on flawlessly on the first go. And they look so fucking good, and come off super easy with the remover.
And, if you're gentle with them, you can reuse them several times.
Skincare favourites? 💓
okay so right off the top of my head, i use the niacinamide serum from the ordinary, the neutrogena hydro boost for moisturiser (i've been using it for years and it's my fave), for undereyes i use the caffeine thingy from the ordinary as well
oh and the eucerin dermatoclean for facewash, but i buy the cerave one from time to time as well
and for sunscreen i either use eucerin or la roche-posay
for the rest of my body i really like the palmer's cocoa butter body lotion, i love how it smells and it leaves my skin super soft
I used to have one lipstick (a very classy brown) and I loved wearing it but it can only be paired with certain outfits color-wise so a couple days ago I picked out a pink because I decided I want to wear lipstick more often and I’m so excited about this pink omg
posting this here bc makeup is art
its not Halloween anymore, but since I didn't get to dress up yesterday, I did today hehe
On the fly makeup review. I am super impressed with my purchase of Origins Original Skin matte moisturizer and Clinique Beyond Perfection foundation. Put those on this morning and went to the zoo and hiked around town, humid as all get out, got caught in a bit of a shower.
This stuff stayed PUT. I'm impressed. Usually my makeup is long gone by noon on a day like this.
⭐🌜Night Routine 🌛⭐
The point of a night routine is to prepare for bed, and end the day with a calm and settled mind. Without any distractions, without a phone screen, or any other screen to distract us.
No phone
Shower (Hot water at first, but switch to cold water. The hot water will open up your pores, once you've washed all the dirt out, the cold water will close the pores, lessing the chance of pimples.)
Brush hair ( Not brushing it after a shower makes it frizzy. Do something cute, like braids.)
Wash face (I'll create a Skin routine later.)
Brush and floss teeth
Mouth wash
Change into pjs
Moisturize
Prep for tomorrow (Aka, get outfit ready, plan day)
