Like for example, they used to date but at some point Lilly just didn’t love him like that anymore.

I like to think that James was really heartbroken at first but than realized that they could have a way batter relationship dynamic.

James and Lilly just know each other extremely well and also know stuff that no one als knows and they get really really close again in a platonic way.
