Anyone know the best way to paint a rollator walker? Mine is made of aluminum (I think) and is a color I don't like. Tryna spruce it up someday. Is there a specific kind of (non spray) paint I could use? Is there a finish I need to place over top of it or anything? Halp

I'm exhausted

I feel phsycially weak

I have sore muscles and aches and I feel tired constantly

I have to fight to stay awake during lectures

Because of how I was raised it just is a "part of reality, deal with it".

Doctors were for when you were shot and or on your death bed.

My joints have been popping and aching.

I bruise easily.

I have no energy.

I look around at others and they can work and do school and extra activities and party and be fine? How?

But I tell myself I'm fine. It's just in my head. I just have to push myself harder...

Then why do I want to cry? Why do I feel so overwhelmed?

My partner and I are talking about how I might have POTS??? I thought it was just chronic fatigue but I have a lot of illness feelings that goes with it.... I need to talk to a doctor

HELP- I was at school just chilling yesterday and my heart was just- at 180 bpm for 5 minutes straight, while SITTING, and my heart palpitations are being so annoying right now wtf 😭 and I can't sleep because I'm excited to get my holter monitor on today, which means I get to miss half a day of school! And I might not sleep well tmrw night because of it, so my mom's letting me stay home!!!!! :D
