This is important stuff. We all know to use less water, like turning off the tap while brushing teeth, but something like this has a big impact.
You don’t have to be “perfect”. Even a “flexitarian” approach is better than nothing. Plus, you still get your nutrients and it’s cheaper (if made at home as opposed to store/restaurant-bought...though many restaurants will charge less for meat-free versions of their entrees).
