Just some short and sweet headcanons for moon lovers.
Moon really enjoys running his fingers through your hair, even if you have short hair. It'll even massage your scalp, but He'll have to remind himself to be gentle since his hand is so big. They like seeing you relaxed, about as much as it likes seeing you all freaked out.
Moon loves to scare you, likes making you jump and startling you. He'll get all omniously giggly, staying just out of sight. You'll hear the jingle of his bells and turn, but they will be out of sight. He'll pop out of nowhere, dropping down from his cord. Its favorite thing of all time is when he gets you completely off guard, and you let out a squeak or scream of fear. If you're the type to fight and you accidently kick or go to slap him, it will just avoid it or won't be affected by it. If anything, they might be a touch concerned if you hurt yourself trying to hurt them.
Moon can/will share Sun and Eclipse with you. They are separate conciousnesses but share a body in this, and they love you and each other. Moon is easily jealous if you spend too much time with either and neglect him.
Moon doesn't like it when you nap the whole time when you see it. They want to poke at you and play those little spooky games with you, but if you need sleep, he'll let you. It will be a little unnerving maybe because they'll just stare at you the whole time. It's probably best to see Eclipse for that kind of help.
Moon goes by he/him/it/its/they/them pronouns. In all honesty, they don't care what pronouns you use on it, but that is what most people refer to it as.
Moon secretly finds the height difference endearing. He's just not as super obvious about his affections as Eclipse or Sun. When it feels like it, they'll just pick you up, probably by your arms. Oh, especially when he's on the cable. Just come down and pick you up out of nowhere and watch you freak out. Jerk. It will make sure you never fall, ever. If you're sleeping, sometimes he'll sneakily cuddle you into his arms. That's when he likes to play with your hair/scalp the most and also sometimes your fingers or whatever else he thinks is interesting.
Bro I watched all those TSAMS videos that i couldn't keep up with AND JUST WHAT THE F*CK IS HAPPENING??? Can't we have some rainbows and sunshine for like a second pls where everyone holds hands and sings My Little Pony songs?? 😭 WE WOULD HONOR WITH THIS SOLAR AS WELL LIKE THAT'S DOUBLE JACKPOT 😭 And I'm actually such a fan of angst but when I TELL U THAT I NEED SOME ✨POSITIVITY ✨, THEN IT'S NOT A GOOD SIGN 😭✋
Anyway enough of my adhd talk, LET'S GET INTO THIS WONDERFUL LIST OF HEADCANONS FOR FICTIONAL GAY CHARACTERS :D

-Eclipse is gay, acespike and a trans man [Our gay icon fr fr 💅]. He doesn't have ANY interest to pursue any relationship though cuz of his trust and abandomnent issues - And cuz he just doesn't care :P But he is kinda friends with Earth!
-Apropos Earth and Eclipse friendship, they sometimes go to the park and Eclipse helps Earth gathering berries from bushes for her cakes. He says that he finds it boring cuz he gotta be a tOugH gUy y'know, but he actually quite enjoys just having simple company!
-Earth is really good at baking and making sweets! :3 After she's done making all sorts of cakes, cupcakes and brownies, she spends it to homeless shelters so they can feed the homeless people, or gives it to her siblings!
-All Eclipses can speak French [It's kinda canon so sue me 🤣]. Either it's fluently or somewhat broken - Ruin can speak French only with a thick British accent, Eclipse can speak it better than Ruin but Dualingo would still end him cuz he misses his French lessons, and Solar can speak it perfectly! :D
-The Bloodmoon-Twins have difficulty distinguishing between reds, greens, browns and oranges. They also confuse different types of blue and purple hues because they can't 'see' the red color in them. So they have deuteranomaly and protanomaly, which are types of color blindness. [DAMN THAT WAS DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN QWQ I felt like a teacher for a sec WHICH I DON'T WANNA FEEL CUZ IT'S SUMMER HOLIDAYS AND I WANNA FORGET SCHOOL QWQ]
-Moon has still a collection of pokemon plushies and MHA figures, and Lunar has pokemon cards! :D
Moon is a gremlin. And also a bit of a bastard and likes to make pranks and play games on people
Depending on the game its up to you to figure if he likes or dislikes you (which could be difficult since mean pranks also indicate liking)
Moon stashes candies in his hat to give to children who behave nicely, Suns doesn't like that
Both of them are very obliviously jester-oriented in their movements, but Sun more in the way you'd expect from an actor whose performance include interacting with people, Moon moves more like an actor on stage
So sun is energetic and moves like he does in the game, (mainly exagerated, circular motions aimed at not scaring children), he is acting but he still keeps in mind that he is interacting with someone and they need to be included in his play somehow
Moon however does not give a shit and you might be talking to him and he just start cartwheeling around you while keeping his head and eyes locked on your face
Sun is absolute trash on their wire and could faceplant from 30 centimeters (roughly a foot)
Moon is the most skilled one, he loves his wire and likes to perform intricate tricks with the cable, like strategically propping himself up to spend some time up there as if he were in an hammock
Sun is a ray of sunshine and pretty much a golden retriever of a robot... if it weren't for his crippling anxiety, which gives him more the vibe of a stressed chihuahua (he is still doing his best)
He tries very hard to be sociable but the "i'm at my fucking limit" point is reached fast, especially on busier days
Neither of them can swear by programming
Or well, not directly at least, Sun finds creative way to curse people he dislikes when he is very stressed; even if he feels mean afterward
Moon doesn't do it but he thinks its hilarious to watch
Eclipse has the disappointed stare but it's amusing and harmless so he let it go
Sun curses are on the "your mother is a hamster and your father smells of elderberries" kind of level, and not everybody understand what he is saying
If Moon dislikes someone that someone will simply end up with everything in their possession stolen and dissaminated through the whole pizza plex
Moon is the most strict about following rules and absolutely hates when rules are broken, even smaller ones
Sun is less strict, despite like moon being neurotic about keeping things clean
Eclipse cares about rules, especially safety ones (for sun and moon are rules are important the same), so while he is lax on anything else, safety measures have to be respected no matter what
However, despite being the more adamant about rules Moon is also the first to try and find loopholes and walkable paths around them
That is why the pizzaplex has some oddly specific rules that would leave any normal quest to wonder just what the fuck happened for that rule to exist, kinda like the "don't poop on the floor" rule in fnaf 1 but somehow worse
Some rules could not be implemented necause they went against necessary programming or legally mandadory safety protocols
So basically Moon is fully authorized to kick down a door if he deems it necessary, which could be at any give time even if nothing is happening
The management just gave up after a while and gave him the rule to simply not go beyond a certain amount of money in damages
Oh and while Eclipse does not care, Sun hates when Moon walks around rules, that's something that fuels his anxiety
all 3 of them would dislike a daycare assistant because of past experiences, most people do not like taking orders from a robot and that combines bad with people who priorly only worked as nannies and teachers
mainly because when you're used to work in a position of control, being told you need to respond to a robot of all things, might not sit right with many people
them scaring each assistant away is the reason of why at the time of the game settings, the daycare has been closed since a while
while Eclipse agrees with them on the assistant, he thinks scaring them away is not worth the trouble
Eclipse is made to be the caretaker of sorts, the one who runs the daycare and gives instructions
at the time of the first game, the glitchtrap/mimic virus had him in permanent standby to prevent him from interfering, which is why we never see Eclipse in the first game
he is the one that would kick in when there is a child in danger, that needs help or when they needed to talk with a parent
he is basically the customer service one of the three, the other two are one to anxious and the other takes too much satisfaction in scaring people
-has two different handwriting: a neat cursive and a sloppier one. sloppy one is for children - big, bold words are easier to read and sometimes sun has to write down things for the children. neater handwriting is for signatures. (your friend! sun ☀️!)
-really good at distracting little kids or getting their attention (which is very difficult to do).
-in general: plays a lot of games, coloring, snack time, storytime. etc
-storytime is fun! sun reads books like dr.seus. he absolutely, 100% does all the silly voices. sometimes he reads a story in the beginning of the day and then incorporates it into a lesson (i.e. are you my mother and then making mothers day cards or smth)
-he’s slightly better with toddlers or small children then with babies. it is a little difficult to balance a baby in his arm as well as take proper care of the other little ones. not to mention that babies prefer quiet and sun often has to be loud to be properly heard. small children also take to games and game rules better
-sun absolutely loves fun but fun never comes above the rules for him. he is a caretaker first and friend second - it is never a difficult decision for him to put safety above a good time.
moon
-has very pretty cursive writing. no need to write things down for kids during naptime so he only has one, typically for signatures but its rare for kids to ask ((sweet dreams. moon 🌙))
-very small babies prefer him to sun because he’s quieter and its easier to sleep on the naptime attendant. and secretly he prefers them to small kids - much easier to put to sleep w/ a lot less complaining
-in general: bedtime stories, playing calm music, watching over the kids, making warm milk
-his favorite book for storytime is goodnight moon (ironically) but he also reads a lot of beatrix potter
-bedtime stories are different than storytime: the goal is to make kids drowsy, so moon doesn’t do voices (the most he does is an emphasis on certain words). reading hyper active books like dr.seus defeats the purpose.
-on days where sun had a more chill day planned out (macaroni art or making cards/ornaments), moon has to play some kind of intense game with the kids to tire them out (i.e. red light green light)
Some headcanons of Sun/Moon from FNAF: Security Breach (some fluffy romantic ones too)
Sun:
Sun has anxiety up the wazoo. He'll get panicky over stuff like the lights, a kid getting hurt or lost, just anything you could think of.
Sun's insides are metal, but his outer casing is that soft squishy plastic/vinyl you see on kids play areas (the kind where it's somewhat hard on the outside, but you push on it and the shell molds to your fingers while the underside is foam)
Sun LOVES to play video games. It could be on phones, consoles, anything, he loves playing them. His favorite is Super Mario Sunshine.
Always smells like citrus fruits.
If they were separate entities, Sun would find Moon boring, calling him things like 'sleepy-head'.
Sun makes a lot of dad jokes, but his bubbliness lets him get away with it
Sun has a 'cloudy day' side where he can get sad or depressed, he uses that side to help sad or crying children so he could help comfort them.
Needs to lay off the Sundrop candies.
Dating Headcanons:
Sun loves to cuddle, so when you're sad or if you ask him to, he'll do it.
Sun will praise you whenever he can, saying how pretty you are, giving compliments.
If you're a person with depression or trauma, he'll get sad, thinking about how you didn't deserve it. He'll hold you and let you cry on him, giving you so much love and care.
This guy will blush every time you smile, or look his way, or wave at him.
Always wants to play with you, including video games, pretend, etc.
He can always tell when a smile is real or fake and will ask you how you're doing if it's fake.
"I love you just the way you are."
Moon:
When he's not in punish mode, he is always sleepy or dozing off.
Has a slight addiction to Moondrop candies.
Loves to listen to music, mostly easy-listening or anything to fall asleep to.
Always smells like lavender and vanilla.
Likes to carry a pillow around so he could sleep anywhere.
If they were two separate entities, Moon would find Sun slightly annoying.
Has vivid dreams and likes to talk about them and what they mean.
His outer casing is the same as Sun's, but has a felt or velvet fabric feel to it.
Dating Headcanons:
Thinks you're the best teddy bear to hug while sleeping.
Sleeps right next to you during naptime.
Is very protective of you and will 'punish' people who try to hurt you.
If you've been through trauma, he'll secretly wish he could 'punish' those who have hurt you.
When you have a depression nap, he holds you close, petting your hair softly, and soon naps with you.
When in punish mode, he doesn't attack you but instead puts you someplace safe so he or his target doesn't hurt you.
"It's alright. It was just a bad dream. I won't let them hurt you anymore."

Sun

🌙 Pants are made out of a soft popular fabric for any kids with texture issues (perhaps minky???). They're also slightly stuffed so they are like pillows!!!
🌙 Paw pads are made out of a soft silicone that can be squished, and hands can both heat up and cool down
🌙 Star on lunas tail glows and acts as a nightlight
🌙 Sun rays pop out when startled!!! Spins head around when nervous, curious, or mischievous
🌙 Loves to pull the occasional prank on rude staff members to get back at them. Sun scolds him every time, but it's totally worth it.
