ANOTHER Epic Au

Although Poseidon hates Odysseus, he is BESTIES with Telemachus and Penelope and he has yet to realize that they are Odysseus family

How does this work? Well:

Poseidon may know the directions to places, but sometimes he lets his ocean take him to random places

Telemachus and Penelope introduced themselves as from Sparta - maybe even going by fake names during an outing where they didn't want the suitors to find them, so Poseidon knows them as "Penny and Tel of Sparta"

At some point Poseidon DOES figure out they are royalty and helps scare the suitors

Penelope and Telemachus either don't know that Poseidon is, well, Poseidon and thus don't ask him about Odysseus OR Poseidon is in denial about who they actually are when they ask and looks into other people named Odysseus that are currently in the ocean and doesn't find anyone and doesn't know how to tell the family that and lies and says that he is on the way

Trans Telemachus headcanon fits even better here because Poseidon has a myth where he literally gives someone magic gender-affirming surgery when they asked him to, so Telemachus just has to march up to him and ask him

an au that explores Megatron trauma as a gladiator slave but with:

themes that revolve around cybertron having been almost taken over by Quintessons

Parallels with Sentinel Prime - going with his G1 backstory of having been a Gladiator Slave to the Quintessons AND his nicer continuities versions regarding personality

(in this au he was the favourite of the commonwealth while Megatronus was the favourite of Cybertron, he didn't get further because Nominus, Sentinel and other transformers drove them out and freed their planet, system and colonies)

Sentinel ends up being the symbol of what Megatronus Can Be if he accepts people helping him with his trauma instead of constantly suppressing it and not wanting to think about it, let alone hear it

The Decepticons are essentially a mix of people who: are enabling him (intentionally - shockwave - or not - Soundwave), or people who were trying to help but got stuck and now are suffering too (Starscream)

Meanwhile Optimus is the friend who Wants to help but won't allow Megatron to hurt anyone else in name of the trauma so he is constantly stepping in while at the same time trying to reach Megatronus and get him to let him Help.

The Autobots are also people who Want to help but aren't sure if Megatron will Ever allow them or that think that while Megatron's life Was horrible, they should take him out before he can hurt even more people and destroy Cybertron completely

Megatron Still kills Sentinel, but Sentinel's last words are it will be okay because it Will. Except his death also symbolises how Megatron Will Not have the same future as he could once have had, because Megatron will no longer be a leader who guides their people towards healing because of Megatron's own action

It will still be okay though, because in the end Megatron Will surrender and accept Optimus help (and has a big cry about it in his arms)

Will still be arrested because of his crimes but... he will get help, will be able to once again write his poetry that he once wrote before the Quintesson's, maybe have a small garden... paying the consequences of his actions but... Better than before

This is SO random but this is from an crossover au I have between The Rookie and Transformers Prime

For those curious and don't mind spoilers for S7E12...

Essentially Miko - who became Tim's foster kid (long story involving Miko's host parents not being adequate + her originally having been meant to go to L.A. before a last minute reassignment because of host issues + the government discovering about the kids and scrambling to give her Some protection) - is in the Station during the Purge and heard about how the IT department was struggling to get access to the social media accounts because of Livy changing the passwords.

So Miko got to work: first she called Raf, who was asleep by then and told her he wished he could help but... 1, he would still take a bit of time to hack in and 2, he had a test tomorrow that was the first thing in the morning, so she would be better off calling the bots

And so she Did!

She called and Optimus answered and was like "the others are asleep, let me set up some protections to not risk being traced by the Decepticons or MECH and prepare new firewalls to protect the police servers. I will send you a text to when you can plug your phone to a computer."

Like. 5 minutes later he gave her the go-ahead text and Miko connected him to a computer. Less than a minute later Miko was telling him what to write in a new social media post canceling the purge and explaining Livy's actions.

Miko taught Optimus new vocabulary that day, namely: "cringe", "negative aura points", between others.

Anyways, Zuzu had previously managed to worm into the police server but the SECOND Optimus showed up... welll. The AI will take a WHILE to recover.

(also Zuzu was never able to perceive any of the TFP trio kids because the pots put protections on them - like possibly a small bracelet even that turns them invisible to cameras and makes it so that if people talk to them or mention them it doesn't register

Man I'm thinking rn about a Reverse Avengers Au

As in

Bucky is Captain America and Steve is the Winter Soldier

Yelena was the one who got out of the Red Room and became the White Widow while Natasha only got free later on

Tony wasn't the first Iron Man, Rhodey was

It was Loki who went to Earth and Thor was the one who attacked later on

Jennifer became the Hulk first or got her life together first before Bruce

Clint... well, he loves being a Stay At Home Dad while Agent 19 is helping the Avengers

It's a shame I have a hard time sharing with others my aus because rn I have in the Ter-El au (basically my version of Chris Kent dating Dick Grayson) where shadow servants have been helping clean the manor (hence Alfred not having to hire many people to help out he is convinced that the shadows are ghosts from former Wayne Servants that fell in love with the family too) BECAUSE Gotham is full of Shadows - more so than Blüdhaven - and the Manor is the most proper place for their King

Aka Ter-El and, via marriage, Dick

and the fact that that is happening, as in - shadow servants are cleaning the manor for the Nightwings (even when said heroes told them Not To) - gets out to the public and during a live news report, Dick-as-Nightwing is sent in to try and convince the Shadow Servants that that won't happen

They sigh and protest but ask then if they are moving to the Batcave, as the next most proper place

Dick says no, and says out loud that in part because as much as he loves B, he wouldn't be able to leave with him full time again

Anyways that's how you got a bunch of Shadow Creatures chanting "KICK BATMAN OUT KICK BATMAN OUT-" on live TV while a Panicking™ Nightwing is trying to get them to shut up

Epic Au - Fake Ody

Okay, I have an idea for an Epic Au that is based off of my theory of what Actually happened if the Odyssey is based off actual events

Which is basically: Odysseus Died either during the war of Troy or on the ride back to Ithaca along with the rest of the six-hundred men he took, and the "Odysseus" that appeared years later is actually a homeless man that Penelope and Telemachus convinced to fake being Odysseus until Telemachus could be crowned King so that none of the Suitors could take over.

Maybe even the skill of stringing 'Odysseus old bow' and shooting through the axes was something Penelope was the one capable of doing (and the bow was actually her old bow that she stopped using ages ago for a reason or another) but because people (or at least the suitors) underestimated her, they thought it was Odysseus the one able to do such a feat; so all Penelope had to do was manage to switch places during the challange with the old homeless man that Telemachus and her recruited before quickly switching back the second the challenge was over before anyone was any wiser, hence passing off the idea that "Odysseus" was actually back (and the suitors were either killed by Penelope and guards or ran away in the middle of the night because They Knew that now this was over they were going to be killed for all the laws and hospitality rules they broke)

ANYWAYS, to the au:

Penelope decides to do that - i.e. recruit an old homeless man to get the suitors out of her palace and Kingdom - to fake being her most-likely dead husband when Telemachus is fifteen ish or so, and this is something that lays HEAVY on her

...especially when the actual Odysseus pops up five years or so later to find a man claiming to be him, to be his wife's husband, his son's father and the king of his people.
