Propaganda: "torgue is the kind of character who should be annoying in theory and then somehow ends up being impossible not to love because he’s so committed to being exactly who he is. he’s loud, he’s intense, he’s all CAPS all the time, but there’s this genuine earnestness under it that makes it work. he gets excited about stuff like a kid, just… with more explosions and yelling. and the thing is, he’s not just “haha funny shouting man.” he’s weirdly sincere about caring. he’s supportive in the most ridiculous way. he hypes people up, he respects skill, he’s all about letting others have their moment, and he’s got this strong “i want everyone to have a good time and also punch something” vibe. plus, he’s one of the few characters where the joke never feels like it’s punching down - it’s basically always him being a walking disaster with a big heart. every time he shows up, the energy spikes immediately, and i can’t be mad about it."
