I rewatch Naruto 234, when I see Tsunade and Temari I feel like they really like parallel. They are both princess from their country and oldest sister.

But Tsunade lost everyone she love, her little brother Nawaki and her boyfriend Dan Kato.

In other Temari win everything. Gaara and Kankuro alive, Gaara become better man, marry Shikamaru, make peace for Konoha and Suna and have Shikadai in her life.

Temari is a princess who wins anything.

Tsunade is a princess who lost everything but grew to become Queen/Hokage.

Hot take: Tsunade wasn't exactly that well-written as a female character. Her goals, ambitions and development revolved around the male characters to noticeable extents (Nawaki, Dan, Naruto etc).

I think the reason she gives the semblance of being well-written is that the other women (sakura, hinata, tenten etc) are significantly worse offenders in the writing department.

Not to mention how she's constantly sexualized, frivolous/needs to keep up her youthful appearance and has her serious problems (i.e gambling and drinking) played off for giggles when they could've been deeper than that.

I ran out of space for Minato and Dan and Jiraiaya, is there anyone else who projects onto Naruto or gets projected onto Naruto that I’m missing? lol Naruto also reminds Iruka and Jiraiaya of their younger selves

I’m considering maybe making this for Sasuke as well. Maybe Kurama seeing him as Madara, Hashirama seeing him as Izuna… who else is there? Sasuke reminds Kakashi of his younger self.

Senju clan

My fanonized version of the Senju clan, just because I was in the mood for it.

It can be seen as a companion piece to the Uchiha clan one.

- I really wanted Touka to be cousins with Hashirama and Tobirama, but didn't want her to be related to such a jerk as Butsuma, hence I made her a maternal cousin. Her mother was from Yuuhi clan because genjutsu prowess, obviously!

- Personal headcanon that Tobirama would totally force a marriage between a close Senju aide (that he could trust) and the new Uchiha leader (after Madara's defection) to keep them "on the radar".

- Timeframes seem to indicate that HashiMito had at least two different children, in order for Tsunade to be born in time to meet and bond with her grandfather.

- Little Biwako wore clothes very similar to Senju style, so I think she might have been originally from this clan. No big wonder Hiruzen married a clanmate of his two senseis.

- Two random background children from Hashirama's memories of early Konoha. The boy had a whirlpool on his back, so...

- I somehow wove the three senseis' clans into this, just because.

- Zetsu itself stated canonically that Nagato was of Senju bloodline (ch.606/ep.Sh.346), so there's nothing to argue about here.
