Any knight of Walpurgis hc? And who do you think were the members, I’ve personally always imagined Abarax, Walburga, Alphard, Lestrange, Nott, Avery but I’ve seen other people only have the less important pure blood lines (no Blacks or Malfoys).
hi, i am so very glad you asked !! i personally hc the knights to definitely include all those mentioned, they're a "big group" but they're joined by a few of the younger years so that explains why it is so. walburga is not a knight but she's associated with them as well as a bunch of other pureblood girls. that being said these are my official members for the knights of walpurgis in my au:
tom riddle, abraxas malfoy, alphard black, thaddeus nott, lorenzo lestrange, dmitri mulciber, william avery, renold antoine rosier, cygnus black, orion black, ulysses selwyn, and cassius dolohov.
right so i know the list is long but hear me out, it does make sense because: a. i made tom, abraxas, alphard, thaddeus, and william roommates in one dorm room and lorenzo, dmitri, renold, ulysses, and cassius also roommates in the other dorm room. therefore if one joins, it's only fair that the other does as well. and b. a lot of them are childhood friends or acquaintances !!! they knew each other as kids and that was just further strengthened by the fact that they ended up in the same house and as roommates, it's really tom intercepting a friend group. also i think it's funny to see cygnus and orion tagging along like little kids "mum said you have to take me with you" and alphard is like sure wtv. additionally there's the group of girls who are also usually seen talking to them and that includes walburga black, lucretia black, druella rosier, and amelia greengrass (there's also an oc/self-insert i added to the group which is how everything works out properly btw and she has a friend who's also an oc/self-insert for my friend @mistress-malfois, my partner in crime who schemes with me!). anyway, that's my explanation regarding the knights and their friends. onto the headcanons...
i feel like a lot of them need context of my au for people to accept but i will share whatever i can:
𐚁 tom and abraxas are the neurodivergent duo: autism x adhd besties
𐚁 abraxas and lorenzo are always bickering and at each others throats but they're close so it's fine. it's actually gotten to the point where tom made william and lorenzo swap dorms because he could not deal with the two wrestling and arguing (alphard just laughs and thaddeus shrugs and goes back to what he was doing, it was hell for tom)
𐚁 abraxas is the no.1 victim in the friend group, they humble his ass every day, it's extremely entertaining.
𐚁 the brainiacs of the group are tom, alphard, william and thaddeus. abraxas scores good marks but he's not really on their level (tom is the smartest then followed by thaddeus, then alphard, then william, and then abraxas)
𐚁 tom has yelled at every single one of them at least once. it usually happens during their study sessions, best believe he's pulling out a cane and whooping their asses if they get a question wrong. but his favourites are definitely alphard and thaddeus bc they stress him out the least even though abraxas is his actual best friend (it was not his choice).
𐚁 abraxas gets into a lot of fights, he doesn't normally win them all but he never backs down guys. tom usually let's him get beat up before pulling him out of the tussle. oh the knights also keep a count of his losses.
𐚁 renold and druella are twins ! obviously walburga, alphard, and cygnus are siblings as are lucretia and orion. walburga was sent to school with alphard, she was held back a year which is why she's in the same year as her younger brother alphard.
𐚁 a lot of the knights meetings actually consists of them duelling each other and whoever wins gets to duel tom.
𐚁 a lot of the knights are actually mixed (french, italian, german…) and speak said languages of the countries.
𐚁 they have a terrible concept of personal space and will get gay allegations.
𐚁 the groups friendship strengthened in their third year. they spend a lot of time together.
𐚁 abraxas is the quidditch slytherin captain and his teammates in include dmitri, renold, cassius, and ulysses.
𐚁 walburga is easily ragebaited by alphard and actually all of the knights, they love to get on her nerves. lucretia enjoys seeing her mad because it’s free entertainment.
