Delmar is classic apple pie. Either that or some really sugary sweet peach crumble pie or cherry pie. Powder sugar and vanilla ice cream ontop. Landed on apple though because its a nice warm cozy pie thats not too overbearing with its sweetness. And i just like apple pie. Cough.

Pete is pecan pie…. Dont kill me now. But pecan pie is a nice sweet one thats actually just real nutty/savory. Which i think fits! I like to think he likes more savoury foods. He’s not as sweet as the other boys either— but once you chew him around and get ahold of his character he’s a quick favourite. And its a pie that i think would warm up a kitchen real nice, and the smell of a warm kitchen reminds me of him somehow.

Tommy gets berry crumble! One of my favourites too. I couldnt rlly pinpoint why i thought he’d be crumble, its just something. I bet he likes more of that warm buttery taste of the crust, so it helps its mixed into the whole of it.

Everett’s last cuz i like to beat him with rocks. I dip my everett in tar for fun and he screams loud asf. Ok sorry. But he’s a pumpkin guy. Just look at him. Pumpkin pie with a big fat dollop of whip cream or vanilla ice cream. Thats all i need to say

Brooo I feel like I just naturally gravitate towards musicals based on Greek myths lmao

Because obviously my current obsession is Epic the Musical, it's basically all I listen to lmao, I probably know it too well at this point and Jorge was by far my top artist in my Spotify wrapped- But there are others I love too!

I just rewatched O Brother, Where art Thou with my parents and it's one of my favourite films of all time lowkey- I first watched it when I was like 10-11 but I only recently gained new appreciation for it because it's also based on the Odyssey, although a lot more loosely than Epic is- Also the soundtrack's a banger, I highly recommend it

I'm more of a casual fan of Stories from Styx, but I do enjoy it! If I'm not listening to Epic I'm probably listening to that, specifically Titanomachy and My Persephone tho because they're my faves :>

The most recent for me is Hadestown, which I haven't technically finished yet but like we don't talk about that- So far I absolutely love it though, I adore the 1920s/30s vibe in terms of the costumes and the music, lowkey obsessed with Way Down Hadestown lolllll

OH SHIT AND DISNEY HERCULES?? I mean I've only seen it once and I didn't grow up with it or anything but I really like it!! The animation makes me go hehetserwtre it's SO FUCKING PRETTY LOOKING

In the midst of the discourse surrounding Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey adaptation I would like to say. Just go watch O Brother Where Art Thou. Loose Odyssey adaptation that is set in the American South during the Great Depression. Captures a lot of the themes surrounding the story of The Odyssey while also doing its own thing. This movie’s really good I promise
