Ask Woolsey how he came to be back with the living and he couldn't provide any answer. Not even the smallest of suggestions. He's certain there are a vast number of people who deserve a second chance and he would be near the bottom of that list. Not that being alive again is his ideal situation. Everything's changed so drastically he could barely recognise London when he saw it again. There had been nothing there for him when before it had been his home. His pack had been there and his house but now all that was gone. The only person he could rely on still being around was Magnus. And it had hardly taken him long to track the warlock down.
The portal had taken him almost directly outside the apartment and Woolsey manages to cross the road without having a car run into him. He heads towards the door, hesitating with his hand on the door handle before pushing it open and stepping inside. He knows Magnus is home, can smell him and hear his movements. But he's silent at first, struggling to say anything to announce himself as he steps further inside and lets the door fall shut behind him.
“Magnus?” He asks finally, following the sound of the warlock through the apartment. There's an uncertainty in his voice, unlike him to be cautious, but everything has him on edge. He's scared of what's happening. “Magnus.”
