This has been a deload week, so yesterday’s workout was body weight and pacing work.
Part 1: three rounds
10 mountain climbers
10 push-ups
10 squat sprawls
10 squat jumps
60 second rest
Part 2: three rounds
50 cal bike in 3 minutes, goal is to finish right as time expires, so 16.7 cal per minute pace
500 meter ski erg, 2:05 first round, 2:00 second round, 1:55 final round.
Umm, I suck at the ski erg. It was more like 2:20, 2:25, 2:20
Today’s workout combined all the pace work from Tuesday and yesterday.
Three rounds:
50 cal bike in 3 minutes (same each round)
500 meter ski erg (2:05, 2:00, 1:55, lol no)
500 meter row (2:05, 2:00, 1:55, hell yes)
Like yesterday, ski erg was basically 2:20, 2:20, and 2:18, so a little more consistent at least.

Deload is boring but necessary. Been feeling run down so dropped the weight tonight. Got a pump and bailed. Feels good. I actually feel better than when I kill myself in the gym.

Intuitive eating is going well!! I’ve only over eaten once this trip and it was my first meal at a restaurant. It was greasy and fried and delicious. Plus I was able to work out a couple times and I’ve been walking with my grandma. I’m so blessed to have an active family.
