We’ll have more recipes to come each week! _____________________ Here’s creamed kale with field roast Italian sausage and coconut milk. Super easy and delicious. 1 bunch kale, stripped 2 links field roast Italian sausage, diced 1 can coconut milk 1 tbsp arrowroot 1 tbsp nooch 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder Dash of nutmeg Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil Sauté sausage in a preheated cast iron skillet over medium heat with olive oil until lightly browned. Add coconut milk, spices and arrowroot to sausage and stir. Put kale into mix and cover. Turn down heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes until kale is really green and tender. Remove from heat and toss to coat evenly.
