When you met Mingyu, you were their script writer. You usually never came in contact with the boys, but one day you met him and you never expected to meet the other 12 guys. For the longest time, Mingyu kept you a secret, but after the boys caught wind of him seeing you—they wanted to meet you. With that, you became a “close friend” to the boys and to keep you close, you signed a contract to be their executive tension defuser as well as staying as the script writer. The new title had underlying motives that the boys picked up on; for two weeks, they were on their vacation, and that meant you were going to defuse any tension they felt.

Jun and you were sitting in your favorite restaurant where the food was so tasty but it the waiting for it took forever. You sighed and were on your phone, checking new messages people had left in your inbox, while Jun was the impatient, nervous person he was. With an exagerated sigh, he leaned back on his chair, then forwards again, pushed his hand through his hair or squinting his eyes at ever waiter. „I‘m starving“, he groaned and you agreed with a ‚hm‘. You were too focused on a boy who wanted to follow you. You accepted and immediately there was a message of him, you raised your eyebrows and giggled. Jun frowned. „What are you reading?“ „Ah some guy texted me.“ „Really?“, he nodded absentminded and after a silence, he forgot the food and was now curious about something else. „What did he write?“ „It‘s about my youtube blog and my dance practices.“ You looked up at Jun, who was looking down, curiosity obvious. „He wanted to collab and build a team for a contest, only to take me away from my boyfriend and escape to Mexico.“ Jun‘s eyes shot up at you and his earlier surprise changed into a bitch face. It brought you to laugh out loud. „You didn‘t have to do me that dirty...I was just very curious.“ „As if I couldn‘t tell.“

Soonyoung and you would be outside after having dinner. Now you walked together to a bar, he talked with you about random thing, being the happy person he was with you. When a guy walked by and stared at you way too obvious and smirked. Maybe he would even dare to catcall you, which made you uncomfortable and Soonyoung irritated. He wouldn’t exactly be the type of person to get jealous really quickly because he trusted you with his whole existence. Still he didn’t like how this guy was treating you and so he grabbed your hand and turned around, glaring at him. „Let it go, Soonyoung. It’s nothing“, you’d say while pulling on his hand but he would shrug. „Just a moment. You“, the guy turned around. Soonyoung didn’t look specifically pissed or outrageous, just intimidating. „Just shut your mouth and walk by, you understand? Go now.“ This calm tone of him would not only be intimidating but also smoking hot. He turned around again and walked a bit faster. „You know…you’re hot when you get jealous.“ That made him look down at you, a smile was on his stern face again. „Ahh“, he’d giggle.

It seems to me that Minghao wouldn’t be the most jealous man ever but he wouldn’t ignore this weird feeling that rose in his chest in such a situation. For example, if you two were invited to your friend’s house and he noticed the stare of one of them on you, he’d first be quiet about it. He wouldn’t get jealous quickly but slow. Very slow. When the eyes of your friend still didn’t leave you after several minutes, he’d frown and cross his arms. Still he wouldn’t say anything about it. He wouldn’t be one to go all in and talk with the guy about their actions but would wait what would happen in hopes that the jealousy would go away. After a while, he’d get frustrated and leaned into you, or held your hand, needing you close to him. He would wrap his arm around your shoulder to mark his position but in a lowkey and silent kind of way. Maybe you wouldn’t even notice his jealousy. He wouldn’t want to make a big deal out of it as well.

Dino

You were chilling in the Seventeen dorm, Chan and you on the couch, talking about something when Mingyu entered the door with his little puppy on the arm. You gasped and jumped to your feet. „So cute!“, you freed yourself from Chan‘s arm that was around your waist and ran to the puppy and Mingyu who were in the hall. The puppy was shy in the beginning but then licked your hand which made you smile over the whole face. „What a cutie you are! Good boy!“ Chan was watching how you were interacting with the puppy and talking with Mingyu about it, leaving your boyfriend completely out of it all. At first, Chan was whining „What is this, come one, it‘s only a dog“, and chuckled. But when you didn‘t listen and kept laughing with Mingyu and carressing the dog, the smile on Chan‘s face faded. His eyes were on you. „Ay, Y/n“, he tried at least 5 times but you just shrugged or even ignored Chan‘s try to get your attention back. Now, he was pouting, lowkey upset that you had more interest in the puppy and Mingyu than in your boyfriend. Eventually, you came back on the couch when Mingyu walked the dog outside. „Ah, the dog was so cute“, you smiled and reached for Chan‘s hand but he only placed it on his thigh, looking at the tv. „Chan, Hello?“ „What? Are you talking with me again or are you only waiting for Mingyu to come back?“, he mumbled in a petty tone. Oh. You got why Chan was like this. „Channie, you know I love dogs..sorry“, you leaned against him, looking up at his upset face expression. After a while he sighed and forced himself to forget it. „Fine, sorry, that I was..petty.“ „You mean jealous.“ „Maybe.“
