🤤Big recovery breakfast/lunch today. (Yes, I know its officially called brunch, but "brunch" in my mind involves bottomless prosecco🥂 and this sadly did not 🙄😂) ▫️ 🤦♀️ As I have a competition every weekend bar one over a five week period, recovery is priority. Also not going crazy-yo on the post-comp "treats" to keep the fat loss ongoing ▫️ 🍽 Trying to eat as normally as possible on comp days, albeit in an odd order, but allowing a couple of hundred extra cals in the evening to compensate for the additional wods during the day. ▫️ 😋 This was delicious btw!!
