One of the things about KoLTC is that everyone is lovable. Ro is so annoying, but shez such a badass girle! Alvar is the most useless, pathetic older brother in the history of older brothers, but I still love him! Mr. Forkle is so annoying and blind and horrible, but hez so compelling and the secret twin twist was so cool

The Royal Engagement Ball
King Peter has thrown a royal ball to announce his son's betrothal. Thus, the party is meant to celebrate Prince Antonio and Princess Luciana's engagement. The entire kingdom is there to congratulate the couple, but Ro is anxious to attend her first high-class social gathering. She ends up dressed in appropriate attire for the event, while still having a design and color which reflects herself. Ro is able to steal people's breath away with her look, while impressing others with how well she dances.
realizing i only did a couple kotlc characters last time...
Marella Redek would ride a Monstrous Nightmare because she's fireproof, and she would use its mucus to set fire traps against her enemies. Monstrous nightmares can sometimes be tempermental, but Marella builds up a good relationship with hers, so she (bc Marella would want a girl dragon) is hardly seen as anything less than calm. Since nightmares are pretty big, Linh can catch a ride with her if they're flying too far for her seashocker to be out of the water. I'm also partial to a pink, gold, or orange design if you can find one for the dragon. (actually. spent too long on the wiki and found out what a Silver Phantom was. if Marella didn't ride a monstrous nightmare, that's what she would ride!)
Tam Song would fly something in the mystery class but I'm not sure what. A night fury would complement his skills alot, so maybe that? I think Tam would sleep better knowing he was only a few feet away from a loyal two-ton dog with fantastic hearing, especially one who could hug the shadows like him, and be discerning with who it trusted. butttt Tam also def gives his dragon chin scritches at every given oppurtunity!
(also. due to googling. i have learned that the night fury is a strike class dragon. this is. so confusing.)
Stina Heks also reads as a deadly nadder girl to me. (this is not just me shipping hekster. shhhh) I think she would have one that's on the bigger side, and she's definitely not afraid to use her dragon for intimidation tactics. She and Sophie can trade tricks! (also. was seriously onsidering giving her a Relentless Rainbowhorn which i just learned exists and has the best name of any dragon species ever)
and since I did four last time, Princess Ro would ride a Sweet Death, which i also just learned exists. She would have requested it specially as a member of her father's military if dragons were a thing for them. Corrosive acid isn't just good in a fight, it's unique among dragons, letting whoever discovers the scene know she was there! with it's tunneling skills, it could keep up with her and the other ogres when they travel, let alone anyone else Ro was tailing (except for elves. they're the only ones who travel above ground in kotlc.) Ro is also something of a chemist(and microbiologist), and could probably use that acid for a variety of devices and concoctions. Maybe combative, maybe medical, depending on how she feels that day. (Ro doesn't have her own portrait, but there's good official art of her on her wiki page! her wiki is under her full name, Romhilda.)

i think someone’s asked if you think dex will hold back information about keefes abilities (and also grady) but what abt ro? ro understands and cares about keefe and she heard the entire dex conversation that made keefe run away in the first place. she was even on board to run away with him, but then he made her sleep and left her behind. how do you think she’ll react?

Nonsie you bring up an excellent topic for discussion! Ro had kind of a tone shift in Unlocked, becoming a lot more caring (in her own way) when Keefe was going through all that shit. I mean he still is, but you get what I mean.
As for whether or not she’ll tell…I’m not entirely sure which direction she’ll go. My first instinct is to say she’ll tell. But maybe not everything.
Her loyalty (commitment? Attachment?) is to Keefe—and maybe Sophie. But primarily Keefe because she’s spent the most time with him and is his bodyguard. She just happens to like Sophie too. All those other elves? Fuck them. They don’t deserve shit from her and treat her species like trash. She owes them nothing, not about Keefe.
But I could see her telling Sophie privately. She knows Sophie is personally invested in Keefe and cares deeply for him, regardless of the romantic drama in her life. And as she’s the other person Ro kinda likes, I could see her trusting Sophie with that information and giving it to her so they can work together to keep him safe. She knows Sophie has his best interests at heart and may trust her with that info so she can make the most informed decisions she can regarding him.
Considering her as a character, I think it’s reasonless she’ll be pissed at Keefe for running away without her. She didn’t seem to have a problem with the two of them running away (she’s Mae it very clear she doesn’t like Sparkle Town), so I think it’s more the fact he doesn’t trust her still. She was more caring towards him than anyone else, and he still left her behind. She wants to help him. They all do, but she spends the most time with him because of bodyguard duties. And he still left?
TL;DR: I can see her telling Sophie, but no one else (because she likes Sophie). She’s gotta be pissed about Keefe not accepting help too.
