This blend is intended to keep me protected, grounded and feeling well when working in the spiritual realm and/or with the dead. Weeks prior to creating this blend, I had been feeling prone to headaches and easily overwhelmed intuitively while around death energy, so in the morning before visiting one of my local cemeteries, I whipped it together. I still felt lucid, grounded and able to work with energies and my intuition, but the fogginess, headaches and nausea were gone. It also gives off such a warm, comforting sense, that I often carry it with me just because it feels so lovely to have around.

Ingredient Functions:
• Black Salt: wards off & banishes negative energies/influences, purifies, protects
• Marigold: honours the dead, protects, chases off unwanted energies
• Larkspur: repels & removes negative energies/ghosts, good for any water-related energy/magic
• Cinnamon: protects, used in mummification in ancient Egypt, healing, wards illness, brings comfort
• Mugwort: enhances psychic/spiritual abilities and awareness, protection in all ways, excellent for lucid dreams, divination and altered states of consciousness, connected to Hecate, Artemis and Diana, as well as earth, moon and water energies, provides groundedness during all aforementioned aspects
• Cedar: opens one to higher levels of spiritual consciousness, dispels negativity, powerful grounding properties, spiritual protection, connected to Persephone, creates sacred spaces, connects to ancestors, intense cleanser
• Garlic: offers protection, wards off and banishes evil and vampiric/draining energies/entities, promotes good health, strength, sacred to Hecate

The purposes for the components I’ve listed are merely my own personal associations for them, and are by no means limited to just these aspects. Also, as usual, I don’t have measurements for my herbal blends, as I often create them intuitively and tend to add more/less of certain ingredients each time depending on what aspects of each feel most needed.

So sometimes I see some things in my house. I do believe in spirits. I normally experiance them when I pace the house and listen to music. Just the other day I was pacing and I saw yellow hair of maybe a child rush in front of me. So yesterday I remembered that mom LOVES antiques and has a lot of them in the house. I also remembered that I can feel energies when I touch items. So I touched antiques as I passed them while pacing. Nothing had energy. Until I remembered the new shelf mirror thing my mom recently got. It's meant to go on top of a dresser. Now THAT had energy. I read it a bit and felt that the spirit attached to it isnt upset or needing help to pass through to the afterlife. Shes not malicious. She just wanted to stay on earth. So I'm okay with having her in the house.

I’m currently planning for the full moon right now. Honestly, the full moon seems to be my most powerful time. For the December full moon I started working on my psychic abilities. My intuition right now is weak, I can feel it. Hopefully with a little more practice by the end of the year I can be better.
As for this full moon I wanted to try dream work. Made a bath, dream sachet, and a tea with the Mexican dream herb. I’m pretty excited for it.
As my path continues, I feel like it’s coming together more and more and I’m finding what is actually working for me. Especially with my book of shadows. There’s already so many pages that I could go without. I know, you read it everywhere: don’t think you have to know everything. That’s true, yes. OKAY GUYS I AM FREAKING TF OUTTA ME RN. So there's this boy, he was in love with me when we were little kids. Then I fell in love with him but he had stopped loving me, and I remember going to bed almost every night dreaming about how, when we'd be older, we'd find each other in a party and get laid and then in the morning we'd recognise each other and start a love story. I was a very imaginative 9 year old lmao 😂. Thing is, years after, a teacher sat us together in class and so we started talking again. I loved talking to him, we were always having deep conversations about the universe n that stuff. And that same year, all my classmates decided to get a place and throw a halloween party. We kissed for the first time in there. Then we had a few more dates but I got back with my ex and stopped talking. Until the other day, he messaged me on instagram and we started talking again. I told him bout how I found it really interesting 'cause, the night before getting his follow request, I went to sleep thinking about him. I joked about how I might have visited him in his dream and told him to follow me. And today I read his reply... He told me ''wow, that's weird, I wasn't going to tell you as I didn't want to sound crazy but... I dreamt about you that night. I was at a bazar with some friends, you were there. And in the morning I just had this need to find out about you''. Like whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat I am internally screaming I did not really think this was so powerful?? Why does no one teach anyone about this?? This is fucking amazing and interesting!! I've always had lucid, premonitory dreams, I've also had dreams with people that later told me they had dreamt the same. But these were people I knew. This is too strong to be a coincidence. I had been years without seeing/talking to him, and suddenly, only with the power of a thought bam! I attracted him again to me. Why is this? How is our brain such a complex tool? is it our soul traveling out our bodies when we sleep? Or a collective subconscious that links all of us? And why does it look like I am kind of linked to this boy's soul? I have so many questions ahead of me...
Only thing that I know for sure, is that my gut feelings were right. I am taking the right steps. And also that double rainbow I saw the other day, it made me feel big things were coming. Symbolism says double rainbows are for finding your path. I feel like this is the beginning of finally stepping out my comfort zone and finding whatever the fuck I came to do here.
