Breaking news from Quarantine Day 4: a cat on the roof, I repeat, a cat on the roof.

Previously I had not given much focus to the world outside the window because of all the construction workers at eye level, and you know when you stare into the abyss at the construction workers, the abyss construction workers might also stare back at you. However, they hadn’t turned up yet this morning, so I took the chance to peruse the animal life instead (a squirrel also made a brief appearance).

Today’s other endeavours include working on a long-neglected art project, procrastinating on making a bank transfer to a language school that promises to change my visa for me (still ongoing), buying a VPN subscription because the 48 episode Chinese historical drama I had planned to watch isn’t available in Thailand on any platform that offers English subs, and laying prone in bed wondering if my digestive system will ever forgive me for the abrupt diet change. More food reviews to come!

i lost track of time in my lsat prep material and spent my whole day studying but i’m certainly not complaining. i have the rest of the week off from work and although i intend to take the time to help my father with some files and to study, i do feel significantly more calm and relaxed!!
