Peter suddenly stopped short in from of you, hair sticking up all over his head, oversized goggles lopsided on his face. Peter Maximoff was already a pain in the ass, it was just who he was, but now Peter Maximoff was a 5 foot tall, ball of energy, bratty, ten year old pain in the ass and it was your fault.

You had been experimenting with your mutation, the ability to manipulate time, when Peter, who’d been watching you impatiently, was suddenly hit by a blast of your power turning him into a young kid, a much younger kid. You’d always secretly wondered what Peter was like when he was little, maybe cute and innocent, but you were wrong. He was out of control and thought more highly of himself than before despite not even being able to make it into R rated movies without a parent. You couldn’t of ended up with an adorable six year old Peter, no, instead you got preteen mid rebellion Peter.

“I’d like to see you try.” Peter smirked at your threat to ground him and instead of listening, snatched your phone out of your hand and took off running again. A second later he was standing all the way across the room.

“Oh my God.” You groaned as he flashed you a cheeky smile, he face was rounder and younger, his dimples less prominent, but filled with mischief. You had yet to figure out how to turn him back to his current age, but to even reach that step, you’d have to catch him first, an already impossible task.
