Seismic Iran-Saudi Rapprochement Isolates US

The Chinese-brokered diplomatic deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran not only opens the way for resolution of region-wide conflicts, but foils

China, in a massive move towards Middle Eastern peace has managed to coordinate a Rapprochement between rivals Iran and Saudi Arabia. Bitter enemies, the Saudis have often been encouraged in their rivalry by US Foreign Policy which depends heavily on Saudi aggression to check Iranian regional power.

This is a BIG move towards a new multi-polar world, and a big move away from US Hegemony and US Dollar dominance. The Rapprochement will likely lead to Iran playing a larger role in OPEC+ and open up opportunities for more trade in the region. It also becomes that much more unlikely that Iran will pursue a nuclear weapon. This is likely the last nail in the coffin of the Iranian nuclear weapons program, it being extremely unlikely Saudi Arabia would have agreed to the Rapprochement if they had believed there were any chance of Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon.

The deal also isolates the United States and Israel, moving the region closer to China and Russia and away from the West.

The whole world should be celebrating this achievement by Xi Jinping and China. It makes the world a safer place for everyone.
