Beastclan Lair Members 11/16: Takispurr

Takispurr is a raptorik member of the Starwood Practice, a loosely associated group of witches within the Starwood Strand. He is a talented arcanist; his focus is a staff made of a starbirch tree he tended himself to be infused with Arcane energy. Witches are practitioners of the branch of magic that draws on the elemental energy in the landscape, which is the only type of magic Beastclan can use since they are not elemental beings. In most places, witches are not organized, but in Aalen, where the scholarly magic branches threaten the traditions of the witches, they must stick together.
