Thought I'd dump all my hc's about Stuart and Jay's relationship in the form of one of those OTP question lists. I can't find who originated these questions and I do apologize.

1. Who fell for the other one first?

3. Describe their first date.
They spent the evening up in northwest London, walking around looking at all the street art and browsing the eclectic markets. Jay was making Stuart laugh the entire time and both of them were shamelessly self-promoting Jamiroquai to anyone who would listen in hopes they’d make it big someday.
4. What’s a perfect date for them?
Something outdoorsy, but also traditionally romantic. Weed is involved somehow.
5. What physical trait(s) do they love the most about each other?
Jay loves Stuart’s eyes, hands, and legs; Stuart loves Jay’s abs, hair, and smile.
6. What personality trait do they love the most about each other?
Stuart loves Jay’s ambition and passion when it comes to making music (and just life in general). Jay loves Stuart’s compassion and dreaminess, even if he doesn’t always understand it.
7. What’s one way their personalities complement one another? (Is it opposites attract or are they pretty similar?)
They are very similar to each other I think, but a lot of the time they differ in how they go about things. Jay is very spontaneous while Stuart likes to plan things out; Jay is very goal-oriented while Stuart sort of goes with the flow; Jay has boundless energy and never wants to stop working while Stuart values relaxation and rest.
8. What are some things they don’t agree on?
Cars are a pretty big thing they disagree on, with Stuart pointing out the hypocrisy in Jay preaching about saving the earth while collecting dozens of cars that pollute the air and harm wildlife. Jay defends it by saying he doesn’t drive the cars everyday, they mostly just sit in a garage and he looks at them (but that doesn’t necessarily help with the band’s anti-capitalist message that he’s long since abandoned).
9. What is each member’s love language?
Physical touch is definitely at the top for both of them. Jay seems to communicate his love more through gift giving while Stuart shows his love through acts of service. Spending quality time together is most important to Jay, and Stuart regularly needs words of affirmation in order to make a relationship work.
10. What’s each member's flirting style?
Jay is a motormouth but there’s an endearingness to it and somehow he’s able to channel that into a seductive charm. The way in which he practically purrs when he speaks and lays the compliments on THICK instantly has Stuart like putty in his hands. It helps that Jay always aims to make a conversation intellectually stimulating too which Stuart also finds to be extremely sexy.
Stuart's flirting is much more subtle but just as enticing. He’ll bat his eyelashes, sit really close to Jay and rest his leg on his, playfully ruffle his hair. Jay wouldn’t stop any of it and make it obvious that Stuart can go further, which he happily does. Secretly placing his hand on the small of Jay’s back (or even in his back pocket when nobody is looking), rubbing his thigh underneath the table at press conferences, nuzzling into the crook of his shoulder and neck, hugging him from behind, interlocking pinkies, etc. etc.

Stuart was surprised to learn that Jay’s mom is famous and never helped her son out in the music industry at all. Jay was SHOCKED to find out Stuart got kicked out of school at 16 because he doesn’t even look like he’d be the type.
14. Do they like public display of affection?
No they don’t. Not because they feel like they have to hide or anything, but because they both value their privacy.
15. Are they jealous/possessive of each other?
There’s a constant nagging jealousy simmering beneath the surface that Stuart has just gotten used to over the years. Jay is the frontman of the band and extremely attractive, so of course fans and interviewers are going to try to flirt with him.
Jay is CRAZY possessive over Stuart, though. And as an addendum to the previous question, he’ll wrap his arms around Stu from behind or make a point to passionately kiss him in public if he feels anyone has been eyeing him up for too long or tried to make a move on him.
16. Can they sit side by side without touching the other or are they handsy? (lacing fingers, touching knees, etc.)

17. How do they comfort each other?
When Jay is upset, he doesn’t care so much about how he feels, he’s just focused on whatever the problem is. The most Stuart can do is offer advice and provide solutions, and that’s exactly what Jay wants. If nothing else, Stuart will cook something for him because there’s a good chance he’s probably just hangry.
Stuart needs a listening ear and to be soothed when he’s upset. Jay will sit Stuart in his lap or hold him close and let him talk, completely uninterrupted. Stuart is also very tactile and sensitive, so Jay will also rub his back or trace invisible patterns on his skin to help calm him. Jay has no idea how important he is to Stuart in those moments and how safe he feels being able to let go and cry in his arms.

Canonically they have shared shirts before (although the one in these pictures have been worn by everyone in Jamiroquai for some reason on some Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants shit lmao).
I headcanon all of the hats we see Stuart wear in TWOM era are actually Jays, and that Jay actually bit Stuart’s whole style and stole his wardrobe because he was super into Earthy/boho fashion in the early days but then never wore any of it again, meanwhile Stuart has remained pretty much the same after all these years.
22. Who is the big/little spoon?
They can go either way, but most of the time it ends up with Jay being the big spoon and Stuart being the little spoon.
23. What reminds each of their partner?
Things that remind Jay of Stuart: the moon and stars, incense, orange lighting, Japanese food, sunflowers, dirty bongs, black and white photos, cassette tapes, Montreux, oversized hoodies, peace signs, Nintendo 64, mint, Buddhism, early mornings, chewed fingernails, dew on the grass, Bernard Edwards, the feeling of laughing so hard Your stomach hurts, fireflies, brownies, newsboy caps.
Things that remind Stuart of Jay: dogs, sports cars, Stevie Wonder, graffiti, wintertime, chocolate, swimming pools, brass horns, wool, tobacco, Star Wars, having to catch your breath after making out with someone, Italian food, Camden Town, marquee lettering, sweat-soaked shirts, whiskey, shag carpets, bloodshot eyes, television studios, ladybugs, muggy late summer afternoons, messy bedrooms.
24. Are they sentimental about gifts they’ve received from each other?
Jay keeps EVERYTHING Stuart gifts him over the years in a giant trunk in the back of his closet. Stuart has a tendency to “pebble” as a way to show his love, giving Jay cool rocks or feathers he finds on the ground or making little origami figures out of sticky notes or gum wrappers when he’s bored and there’s downtime on tour. For gifts Stuart buys, Jay keeps them anyway because they’re all practical or made for everyday use – which is just what he likes because he prefers to buy luxury items or things he wants himself (it’s a pride thing).
At first, Stuart kept everything Jay got him, but after a while it got to be difficult because as Jamiroquai’s success grew he was practically getting spoiled and couldn’t find any place to put them. Usually Jay would go out and buy a luxury outfit and get Stuart one to match (with the intention of wearing it at the next event/award show/outing they’re going to). A lot of the time Stuart wears something Jay buys him once or twice, then quietly donates them to a secondhand store – they were never his style anyway. Stuart really does cherish and appreciate the spiritual and creative related gifts he receives from Jay (vintage Polaroid camera, chakra balancing candles, expensive exotic teas, etc.).
25. What holidays do they like?
Jay makes a big deal about Valentine's day and loves to go all out for it. Stuart is particularly fond of Halloween after growing up in the US where it was a much bigger deal. They each thoroughly enjoy Christmas and celebrate to the full extent. April Fools is also something they take very seriously and neither one of them is safe from pranks or practical jokes the entire day.
26. What happens if one of them gets sick?
Stuart becomes a bit dramatic when he’s sick and urges Jay to stay away from him like he has some horrible, contagious disease, even though it’s just a little cold. Jay is fine with that since he doesn’t really have any natural caregiving instincts, nor the patience to deal with a hypochondriac. However, he takes a pragmatic approach and makes sure Stuart has everything he needs by his bedside (over-the-counter pills, water, tissues, vitamins, etc.).
Jay on the other hand could be practically dying and would still outright deny that he’s sick and refuse any sort of care. He’d continue to work through his illness (much to Stuart’s chagrin) until he straight up collapses. Stuart would instantly scoop him up and walk him over to the bed or couch while gently scolding him about how he needs to take breaks sometimes. Jay would grumble about how far behind he is on the album as he’s being bundled up in blankets. Stuart endlessly dotes on him, waiting on him hand and foot not because he feels like he has to, but because he wants to. Also, all of Stuart’s anti-contamination precautions and beliefs are out the window when Jay is sick as he snuggles up with him and never leaves his side until he feels better. (That’s one part about being sick Jay can’t complain about.)
27. Can they stay up all night just talking?
Yes, absolutely. (That’s how they fell in love.)
28. Do they get along with each other’s friends and family?
Jay doesn’t have a very good relationship with either of his parents, but Stuart’s family welcomes him with open arms. (Stu’s mom loves him and can deduce they’re more than just friends early on, constantly supportive of the two of them.)
However, Stuart doesn’t like any of Jay’s friends from Travelling Without Moving to A Funk Odyssey-era, because that’s when fame got to his head and he started hanging around the wrong kinds of people, thus turning him into a huge dickbag.
29. How likely are they to have fur babies? How many and what kind?
They always have at least two dogs in the house.
30. Are they interested in marriage? Why or why not?
Stuart is, but it takes Jay a little while longer to come around to the idea. (Eventually they would marry, I feel. Probably around Rock Dust Light Star Era.)

Same answer as above lmao.
32. What do they do to turn the other on/put them in the mood?
Jay acts very coquettish, biting his lips, twirling his hair around his fingers, swaying his hips as he walks, making “fuck-me” eyes at Stuart across the room. He’ll walk by Stuart and whisper filthy things in his ear or mutter something only he can hear in an effort to rile him up. If he’s feeling a little more romantic, Jay will be clingy and sigh about how much he needs Stuart and admire how strong he is. Silk shirts and the color red also gets Stuart going, so Jay would make sure to wear those if he’s trying to get some. (In addition, I headcanon that Jay occasionally wears women’s panties during TWOM era for some reason because he’s a slut. Jay would deliberately do an overhead stretch in front of Stuart and his shirt would lift up so he could catch a glimpse of the lacy black thong sitting on his hipbones.) Starting shit is also a good way to initiate sex because Jay knows the dick GOES CRAZY when they hatefuck.
Stuart strokes Jay’s ego, endlessly praising him for a performance or a record lap on Top Gear or just telling him he looks exceptionally beautiful that day; Jay is already pretty full of himself, but hearing those things coming from his favorite person makes him melt and puts him in a headspace where he’ll do absolutely anything so long as Stuart keeps the compliments coming. Deep muscle massages are both relaxing and really turn Jay on too. Stuart knows that water is a big thing for Jay also, so he’ll draw them both a bath, or invite him to come shower with him, or even just lounge around with a towel riding low on his waist after getting out, seeing how long it’ll take for Jay to tear it right off him. Even though he isn’t the biggest fan of it, Stuart will indulge Jay’s exhibitionist fantasies and suggest a quickie in the middle of soundcheck or ask him if he thinks he can silently suck cock in a van full of their bandmates (which Jay always agrees to the challenge). Before a show, Jay will usually bargain with Stu for a blowjob to dispel his nerves, promising afterwards he can do whatever he wants to him. Neither want to kill the spiders because they’re both environmentally conscious and value what they do for the ecosystem. Instead, Stuart is the one who puts a cup over the spider and releases them outside, while Jay extends a finger and tries to pet or befriend them. (Stuart has to keep reminding Jay of the venom some spiders carry so he doesn’t keep getting bit)

Check out my client performing some single leg RDL. I love this movement because it focuses on the posterior kinetic chain and teaches the glutes and hamstrings to fire appropriately. To aid with the movement i have my client @symmieautomatic @symmiegetsfit do this exercise by a wall. This helps keep her hip aligned with her spine. Perform 3 sets of 10 either in a coupled exercise or perform by itself.
