Home for the holidays, and surprise I have more Shaw Pack headcannons......I really need to focus on other groups & characters than endlessly yapping about this group don't I?

Gabe Shaw

⤷Was widely known for ruffling the pack kids hair or giving them head pats as a greeting or whenever he was done giving them advice.

⤷Got the pack kids names mixed up on a regular basis, after they tell him their name again he'd snap his fingers and tell them he knew that.

⤷Had a few silly tattoos and a few piercings he got as a teenager

⤷Was a bit denial about his age and tried doing things he used to do as a teen without issue. Only to briefly limp around due to overexerting himself but has this stupid wide smile on his face despite the pain he's in.

David Shaw

⤷For some reason no matter how many times it happened, he never ducks down far enough whenever he has too and ends up bonking his head. Had a few instances where he's been knocked over onto his back.

⤷Has the smoothest driving skills, to the point even his turns feel oddly safe. Not once does it feel like he's speeding or he's making any harsh turns.

⤷Has to talk louder than usual at times so people can hear him clearly due to his deep voice.

⤷ Turns into a bed hogger depending how tired he is.

Angel ꒰ঌ ໒꒱

⤷Really enjoys hallmark movies, enjoys it more if they're watching one during a pack movie night due to Sam's, David's & Milo's commentary towards the cookie cutter storyline and characters.

⤷ Aside from playing cozy video games as a way to calm down, also does those little tiny doll models as a way to relax.

⤷ Sneezes with their whole body and is loud.

⤷ Isn't much of an workaholic anymore unless they have a deadline coming up or a project going on.

Asher Talbot

⤷ Before Sam, Asher was genuinely the only person who could get a hold of Darlin within seconds, and aware of their whereabouts. Was notably more anxious for time whenever Darlin went back to Washington and became radio silence.

⤷ Doesn't slow down whenever he running inside, instead he uses the walls & counter to stop him.....he has a shit ton of bruises.

⤷ Has a wide collection of games from childhood to now, which keeps growing due to David & Milo giving him games they once owned or bought and know he'll play them.

⤷Saw those "kidnapping pet" videos on tik tok and tried it with Aggro. All of hell broke loose that day which shortly got turned into a funny story over time.

Babe 𐂯

⤷Still enjoys messing with Asher about getting a possible pet just to see him whine and pout about how he's way better than some house pet.

⤷Started wearing flavored chapstick more frequently after Asher turned it into a game to see if he can guess what flavor it is.

⤷Has to either sometime triple or double the back whenever they're baking and Sam & Darlin are visiting due to fact Darlin & Asher would throw down over the last cookie.

⤷Actively still trying on getting Asher to grasp some kind of concept of cooking rather than him possibly burning down their home.

Marie Greer

⤷ Had a close brother & sister relationship with Gane and was forever thankful for his help in looking after Milo.

⤷ Sometimes wonders what life would've been like if she had up and left Colm with Milo.

⤷ Den mother of the pack, jokingly threatened the others to smack as if they were misbehaving kids whenever they started get rowdy. The mates have sometimes gotten caught in the cross fire due to their mates (who are grown adults) using them as shields as to try and avoid getting hit by Marie's shoe.

⤷Aging gracefully.

Colm Greer

⤷ Definitely the reason why Marie & his relationship with their previous pack was a hot mess.

⤷ Got into a few arguements with Frank and Gabe about his addiction and being a father to Milo.

⤷Was momentarily clean during Milo's pre-teen years, only to relapse a shortly after leading to their ever first nasty argument.

⤷As a way to keep the peace within the pack, both him and Milo hardly acknowledge each other.

Milo Greer

⤷ Was envious people having a healthy relationship with their dads growing up which slowly faded away as he got older, and accepted fact it was never going to happen with his father.

⤷ Biggest couch surfer in his pre-teen-teen years, until Marie & Gabe some how finally convince him to go live with Gabe during his junior & senior year of high school and until he could find a place of his own.

⤷ As much as he loves and spoils Aggro, much to his dismay he can't get him to quit trying to groom him in the middle of the night. What's worse is that Aggro keeps going for his hair rather than his chest or arms.

⤷Loves, loves, loves it whenever Sweetheart caresses the side of his face or underneath his chin like a damn cat, especially when they do it as a way to calm him down whenever he's riled up about something. You can just see his rigid posture slowly soften as he leans into them and his pupils dilating.

Sweetheart 𓏲ּ𝄢

⤷Bought Aggro one of those pet strollers to take him out walks to now it become one of his main transportation whenever he's taken to one of the other place or a close vacation spot that allow pets.

⤷Has moments where they've forgotten to phase through walls which makes a loud bonk noise before they cloak out of embarrassment.

⤷Due to being a stealth, they hardly possess a natural scent making it hard for them to be detected.

⤷ Used to have frequent panic attacks until they met Milo & Aggro to where it slowly lessened overtime.

Darlin ࣪ ִֶָ☾.

⤷Second biggest couch surfer within the pack, however, they mostly stayed at Asher's place or ended up leaving Dahila in general and came back once things or they cooled down.

⤷For some reason anything on wheels is just out to get them, they've been hit by a kid on a bicycle, rammed by an older person on those motor scooters in the grocery store, hit by multiple cars throughout their life.

⤷ Biggest sweet tooth to the point it driven them to consume an unhealthy amount of raw batter before. Always has something sweet on them.

⤷Definitely made some off hand comment about Milo being from the east coast first time they met.

Sam Collins

⤷Has a collection of various teas and coffees.

⤷Has a best dad ever mug that he uses on a basis from Bright Eyes & Fredrick who jokingly gave it to him on father's day.

⤷ Secretly a big time procrastinator towards thing he doesn't want to deal with so he invites David over as a way to get it done and over.

⤷Naturally ambidextrous.

Milo who only associated his masculinity with his father

Milo who watered his confident demeanour down because he saw it as too harsh, too entitled

Milo as a teen who watched his classmates fall down toxic masculinity rabbit holes and cut himself off because he was terrified of being influenced into becoming his dad

Milo who refused to go to the gym out of fear that he would take up too much space and become intimidating. Out of fear that people could see him the same size as he saw his dad when he was a child.

Sweetheart who was shamelessly outspoken and didn’t take shit from anyone but still let themself be vulnerable with Milo despite his fears

Milo who could never see someone like sweetheart falling for a misogynist no matter what.

Milo who became more confident in his gender. Not because Sweetheart was “weak” enough for him to seem strong, just the opposite. Because they showed him that masculinity was something beyond muscle, dominance, or toxicity.

Milo who redefined masculinity, allowing himself to be as confident as he wants, allowing himself to eat as much as he needs and exercise and take up the whole room because that could never be what makes him a man like his father.

Milo who was able to become his best loud and strong self and used his new found voice against the harm he was so scared he would become.

Milo who realised that his strength and confidence were never inherited from his dad. Milo who realised that he was his mother’s son all along.

The way people are faster to slander Darlin’ and Treasure than they are to any equally as wrong/flawed (or even worse) speaker character is weird to me (In the way where I could and Have made a case where I explain its rooted in Gender Favoritism even tho these characters are UO FOR INTERPRETATION. crazy right??)

The way that a portion of the fandom sees Alexis and Quinn as equally as bad people is weird to me

The ‘Alexis turning Sam was an allegory for SA’ is weird to me (Violation of consent doesn’t have to be sexual to be Horrible.)

The way a good portion of the fandom hates on Lasko for being ‘a bitch’ is weird to me

Milo greer takes his mother to lunch once a week

Milo greer has a collection of candid photos of everyone close to him. His favorites are the ones of Darlin' and David, Sam and Sweetheart, Sweetheart, and Marie. Not many people know about the pictures, but sometimes he'll be seen looking at his phone with a soft smile and warm eyes (I got the idea for this one from @penumbra-mayhem )

Milo Greer, who makes a lot of food when people are around, because he knows what it's like when you need to ration food "nobodies going hungry on his watch"

Milo Greer that was so relieved when he found out Darlin' had come home, only to feel dreads cold hands wrap around his throat again, bearing the name Quinn Fox

Milo Greer (practically the entire pack does it at this point) telling his people to drive safe because he knows how unpredictable life can be

Milo Greer who still mourns the relationship he had with his father when he was young. He grieves for the man his father used to be since he knows that he will never be able to let himself give trust to that man again

Milo Greer spending at least one day a month deep cleaning the whole house so he can decompress and slow down (and then inevitably get distracted by Sweetheart)

Milo Greer having long conversations with Darlin' about their wolves and the connection they have to magic. The two of them shifting and going on a run together alone for the first time since they came back to town. Milo telling them, that at the end of the day its their choice what they want to do. He'll be there for then as long as they'll let him

Milo 'loverboy' Greer getting pulled in by the waist by Sweetheart before he leaves for work. Sweetheart pulling a page from his book and making a whole deal of loving up on him before he goes because he tried to leave without kissing them goodbye (he doesn't even have shoes on)

Milo 'young man' Greer helping his Ma move things from her apartment into a real home for once. Marie being caught off guard by how much he really does look like Colm, and her heart hurting that she makes the association since he's forever more than the man he used to call father. Milo knowing that she does, and giving her a small smile in an effort to see hers. Milo promising her that she doesnt have to worry about what happened before happening again. He learned from his fathers mistakes, and he will never be like that with his family ( @dahlia-tourism-board inspired this one with the 'you look like your father' story)

Milo 'lo' Greer playing with the pack kids and that being one of the only times he's not upset about being disheveled. The pack kids loving his wolf because they're still in awe of the fact that their family can turn into animals. Milo proud of the fact that he's someone that the kids feel comfortable enough around to laugh, play, and sleep around

Milo 'mahlow' Greer hanging out with Sam while they wait for their mates to finish sparring. Sam asking Milo how to cook some of his favorite recipes so that he can make them for Darlin

Milo 'big man' Greer arguing with Baaabe over something stupid like the number of jelly beans in a bag or the proper way to fold towels. Baaabe only started calling him that after they confirmed it was ok. The first time it happened was an accident while they were playing smash and their eyes got so wide afterwards that it made Milo laugh. It doesn't bother him

Milo Greer, who feels at home when he has Sweetheart in his arms. Milo who isn't afraid to let himself feel anymore, because he knows tears won't get him yelled at. Milo who accepts his shortcomings because he knows now that failure doesn't automatically come with a punishment

okay so. in the milo audio where him and swh talk abt commitment, the one after david and angel got engaged, he talks abt how shifter culture is different and they dont typically get married, and how "even most of our parents didnt" (get married) and so how does breaking a mate bond work?? i mean its obvious i guess if its just a breakup but if it rly is a bond like how they describe it i feel like it would physically hurt them??
