sam is an ex cigarette smoker (he quit after he was turned, and has been tempted to smoke since but has remained clean) and darlin is a current cigarette smoker. sam doesnt kiss them after they smoke (not out of shame, its just the smell/taste, plus tempting yk) and in return, darlin doesnt kiss sam right after he drinks black coffee (to be silly, but also they hate the taste. which is canon)

Sam— superluminal; essentially a dreamworld and the entire thing is based on perception. (Sam is old so I think it would be a little funny watching him get confused)

Milo— Amanda the adventurer; a horror game a lot like Dora the explorer. Indigo park; horror game like FNAF (you know why)

David— stardew Valley; farming sim. Portal; puzzle escape game (I just want to see him playing cozy games and I love love love portal)

Asher— Stanley parable ultra deluxe; first person exploration (I think he'd like the narrator and the endings)

Ollie— rusty lake game; puzzle games. Portal; puzzle escape games. (I just want him to play puzzle games)

Gavin— Portal 1+2; puzzle escape games (I need all of them to play portal, but portal 2 has co op so)

Lasko— power wash SIM; cleaning SIM. (I feel like he'd enjoy it)

Damian— Hades 1+2; 3rd person fighting (let him beat dead people)

Huxley— thank goodness you're here; adventure helper (he'd love that little guy)

Listeners (this is just my headcanons)

Dreamer— regularly plays games like Stanley parable and superluminal (it gives them a sense of control and something to base dreams on) oh and light up the town because HAVE YOU SEEN HOW CUTE IT IS

Angel— any and all farming Sims, thank goodness your here, and grew up playing spore.

Baabe— unpacking, is this seat taken, and a little to the left (they like organising things, because their husband doesn't)

Freelancer— light up the town, sandbox games, and monster prom

Darlin— little misfortune, a game about digging a hole. And they are so excited for the sea of remnants when it releases.

Sweetheart— little misfortune, Amanda the adventurer, portal 1+2, Hades 1+2, and the wolf among us

broke: erik forgot that sam was the one to call darlin after their fight with the two vampires, not the other way around, hence invalidating his 'darlin made the first move' stance

woke: darlin' suffered from so much blood loss that day and can't recall what happened so they just assumed they were being super smooth when they were, infact, being the equivalent of a cat hissing at their vet

super woke: darlin' remembers exactly what happened, but they're trying to convince sam otherwise, because they're too fucking embarrased to accept reality
