Sometimes I feel like you can tell what character an artist is bias for by the way they're drawn.
Like you can pick up on what tropes they got from what parts of the fandom a little bit.
And the one they seem to care about the least, maybe not dislike, just the least, is the one that's probably the blandest.
And odds are if they make the Batgirls dress really sweet and fey, they probably don't know shit about them lmao
Just an observation.
And may I add, very rare to actually see fan art that seems to be actually based on what the characters are the supposed to look like. As in like--I feel like it's really clear how much this fandom treats fanon with more importance than canon.
In my brain there's such a distinct difference between actual Tim Drake and canon Tim Drake. And well, all of them really, but he's my fav, so I notice that first.
