When I was planning the hectic day page, I wanted it to feel as busy and uncomfortable as my day felt. I didn’t want it to look messy, though. I think I accomplished that. It’s like the lines are closing in on Coco.

This week’s Amazing Race episode went to Split, Croatia. The city was gorgeous! It was a Travelocity Roaming Gnome episode. Those are always my favorite because I think the gnome is cute. I made a Bajadera torte. It turned out to be too sweet for my taste, but I’m glad I tried it.

Since I can't travel with my two pups, I take this set of salt and pepper shakers for photo ops. Makes me think of them and keeps them in my heart when they're not with me.
