Omg someone finally asked me a thing but YES

Brawly is a huge himbo, golden tan with a golden heart whilst Roxanne is quite crotchety and she can be a bit haughty at times but also very small and thin!

Roxanne is Brawly’s first serious relationship lol, the rest before were kinda casual flings cos he wasn’t very keen on settling down

Whilst Roxanne was too busy with her academics to consider dating! She was quite lonely until she met Steven and Roark at uni who were the first people to accept her wholeheartedly so she starts not hating people

I think Brawly approached her first - he needed help w the gym leader yearly assessment and the only smart person he knows is Roxanne, his tiny colleague

Surprisingly Roxanne is quite introverted at first glance, she’s always struggled with people and she much prefers her readings and studies than dealing with humans and their volatile emotions + people kinda bullied her for being so nerdy in school

So she thought Brawly would be the same, and was constantly pushing him away

But Brawly always makes an effort to compliment her not bc he wants to flatter her but bc he genuinely thinks highly of everybody, despite how smooth his brain is (actually it might be bc he has a smooth brain lol) he’s genuinely impressed by how smart she is and when she goes off on a tangent he has no idea what she’s saying but he’s very invested in it

I think Roxanne falls for him first, and Brawly starts to consider her when he realizes he can’t stop smiling at her when she’s talking abt the intricacies of identifying minerals

Also bc Brawly is so used to things being casual at first he kinda messes up a couple of times and upsets Roxanne (who is very prone to yelling when she’s very agitated) so Wallace helps him to understand what’s okay and what’s not okay in a serious relationship

Also sometimes Brawly puts Roxanne on the shelf and she can’t get down without his help just for the lols

Roxanne also loves gothic Lolita fashion

Featuring baby goth Jasper, his rival Landon (Wanda/Riley’s son), and their mutual friend Angelica (Brawly/Roxanne’s daughter) who is this close after having to put up their constant bickering. She grew up with a fighting-type specialist for a dad and she’s not afraid to use what she learned from him.
