Do you have any thoughts/theories about Carlos’ big storyline? Or why Tk looks so concerned or stressed in the released stills? I’m assuming it’s related to whatever is going on with Carlos. And I’m also curious if they’ve filmed the Tarlos wedding yet! They said they want to lead up to it and let us see the prep but could that mean a mid season wedding (ep8-12)? I would love to see them be husbands for a decent amount of episodes at the back end of season 4 and not like just 1 or 2 episodes as I do feel they don’t want to drag it out until the end of the season.

I think they’re going to hold off on the wedding and save it for either mid-season (though their shouldn’t be much of a break, I think) or for the finale. I strongly believe that whatever they plan will be foiled by an emergency of some kind so they’ll end up having a small backyard or ranch wedding instead and if I’m right about that they will probably be waiting for the finale (or premier but I hope not). So they likely haven’t started filming yet if that’s the case, but Ronen posted a picture that could have been taken from a ranch set so I might be wrong.

As for Carlos’s storyline, I can’t shake the feeling it’s going to be work related. Maybe he gets too personally involved in a case, maybe something happens that ends up with him having to face a threat and that’s what has TK worried. Those pictures give me worried TK with Carlos trying to reassure him vibes so I feel pretty okay about this theory.

Then there’s the episode titles.

The first two are almost certainly whatever disaster starts the season, but the next two I think might be Carlos’s storyline. Maybe he sees a threat no one else does, and they tell him he’s wrong (but he’s almost certainly not). Maybe it’s TK that feels like something’s off and Carlos just writes it off as his fiancé worrying (but TK is right and something happens). It’s episode 4 that has me truly concerned, and my current theory is that whatever someone “cried wolf” about is in fact correct and someone is left alone and in danger. And yes, my money is on Carlos.

Do I have any actual evidence to base any of this on? No, except for the fact that it’s been a while since we got a Carlos work plot line, and I don’t think we’ve ever gotten one that spans across episodes. Which means that it’s high time, and I am very much here to see it happen.

i love this and hope they go with it if they get a season 4. i find it so hard to believe nancy would just roll over and accept her fate, especially after her convo with carson.

I kept trying to think of plot related reasons to get the 118 over to texas for the Lone Star crossover. Then I remembered Eddie has family in texas, so there's the Plot reason. But it looks like its just Eddie and Buck teaming up with the 126? So um.

Just saying if the reason Eddie is back in Texas is to see his family, he purposefully brought Buck with him

Hola! Are you seeing the new episode title "A Family Affair"? What do you think it means? Do you think it means a Jeresa baby??

Well, anon, anything is possible! You never know what the writers might have in store. I personally hope they don’t go with that storyline at this point in the show - I would really like to see Teresa out there on her own for awhile, doing her rising queenpin thing. But that’s not to say they will never visit that particular plot point (I think in the telenovela Teresa has a child).

My thoughts on what the “Family Affair” title might mean: we could be looking at some Jimenez family background and/or drama. JT Campos was filming in NOLA, so it’s possible we’ll be getting some Boaz shenanigans (the guy is a total loose cannon!), and if Javier is going to be playing more of a role, we might get some insight into his story (and maybe find out how he knows James?)

Since it looks like Brenda’s character will be back in some capacity, we might be looking at some flashbacks of Teresa’s time with her original found family (Guero and the gang). Maybe Tony will make a reappearance?

It’s also possible that we’re looking at entirely new characters - maybe we’ll be introduced to some of the ruling families of the NOLA criminal underworld. I’m personally hoping for some more badass female characters. Lots of different possibilities, and it’s certainly fun to speculate! :)
