This is a classic and tasty cheeseburger recipe that will satisfy your burger cravings. Beef patties that are juicy and topped with melted American cheese, fresh vegetables, and your favorite sauces.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices of American cheese. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced onions. Ketchup and mustard. Pickles.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. As for how done they should be, cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill or pan. Add a slice of American cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the patties are cooking. Put the burgers together: On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf. Then, add a cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, sliced onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. The classic cheeseburger is now ready to eat. Just put the other half of the bun on top.
