sometimes I forget that not everybody lives in environmentalism world and I'll see just like a normal person with no stake in the larger monetary scheme of sucking the planet dry being against something that is incredibly exciting and cool to me and it is like a shock to my system. what do you mean the frog ferry is a waste of tax payer dollars. were you even paying attention at the urban ecology conference

YOU'RE MAD ABOUT NOTHING.#I know that there are like evil powerful people who want to strip the earth of its soul for their own gain of course#but I do forget that like your average dude who probably recycles and goes hiking#would be mad about the frog ferry#so many people have such a narrow view of 'protecting the environment' they do not consider the humble frog#who is unable to cross the highway to get from their habitat to their breeding grounds without getting squashed by cars#all they know is solar panel and compost bin#and do not give a fuck about the northern red legged frog#because ferrying hundreds of them across the busy road at night#seems silly#or pointless#but ms red legged frog holds the whole ecosystem up#and dave who bikes to work doesn't even fucking know#*single deep breath* but thats why I do what I do#ghost posts#text
