This is probably gonna be a pretty long fic, not gonna lie. I may release it in chapters or just as one full thing when it's finished, and I may even make some art for it. There will be angst as is every MH related piece of media because our fandom hates joy <3 ALSO whenever I do end up getting some writing done, I'll be posting on ao3 and wattpad and will link those in a post on this blog when the time comes. also, im not good at explaining, srry if it sucks:') ok. also this headcanon is so cool, but kinda confusing to me?? he doesnt wear glasses now, does he just- idk, do echolocation like a bat? or does he bump into everything???(im srry if this comes off as rude, im just really curious)

i think that mystic flour wouldnt give a shit, thats just the concept of her character- but if sm lost his glasses, she would help him.(i think she's 100% capable of caring, but chooses not to. "if i dont care they can't hurt me" kinda shit.) burning spice wouldnt really mind or care, but is 100% the reason if sm glasses ever break. bro just destroys them for fun.. poor sm. is this the reason he doesnt wear them now???/j

umh. i dont know much about the other beasts. so its much more headcanon heavy from here on, sorry. i personally think silent salt and shadow milk have(post corruption) the biggest beef known to man(cookie). so: post corruption: could'nt care less. it doesnt matter. pre corruption(lmao im doing this only for him cuz why not?): they help him look for them if they get lost, and would be the only one who actually feels pretty bad about the idea of sm being unable to see without glasses.
