Sheffield Grayson is not villainized enough! His attitude towards especially Savannah and even Grayson

we don’t get Savannahs pov as much so it’s hard to analyze specific scenes but what we do see when he met Grayson in THL was villainous 😐 😑

on another note keith kane is the man yall, best father on the tig series. This man is willing to sell his inheritance to pay for his daughter' college so she doesn't have to drop out even if he loves that place... like that IS a FATHER. Is Gigi breaking the law and Javery breaking the law comparable?

I have always held the opinion that Javery breaking the law is peak white rich privilege (and I still do) but I never thought about the fact that Gigi is privileged in doing this as well. However I do believe there are some things we need to consider before putting them both in the same category.

When Avery bragged about Jameson breaking the law, what was the context of it? She and Jameson like to dare each other to do different things because that is the dynamic of their relationship. They like to chase the next high and this allows them to do it. So them breaking the law is for their own amusement, they don't need to do it, they do it simply because they want to and they can. Also they know there is no consequence for it. Jameson is banned from different countries, but if Avery pulled a couple of strings she could probably remove that if she wanted to.

When Gigi got arrested from breaking into the bank vault, what was the context? She has been told that her father has simply picked up and left to a foreign country with no explanation and she wants to know why. Sheffield was a horrible man but Gigi does harbour some love for him and she wants closure on what happened, that's why she tried to break into the vault to get answers. She is still privileged because Grayson bailed her out, and if he didn't Acacia or Savannah would have done it, considering they are millionaires. What makes this different from Javery is that if Gigi had been told the truth from the get go, she wouldn't have had a reason to break into the bank vault. Not to mention, there was nothing in TBH that indicated that Gigi fought the police in any way shape or form, she knew she broke the law and didn't try to fight it.

One is a couple wanting to be entertained, the other is a girl searching for answers about her father. Both are privileged but the context of each situation is different.
