Allergen-Free Eating

A friend of a friend of mine has come up against a wall. Her 9-year-old son was recently diagnosed with severe allergies to shellfish, pea (pea-protein), and soy. We're trying to help her find as many resources as possible about these multiple allergies. She's a single parent and it's hard enough getting by without now the added adjustment of her child's dietary guidelines. I'm turning to the good folks of Tumblr to help me in my quest to find allergen-free products, recipes, restaurants.. and honestly, just more information to increase all of our awareness. Here's where I am running into a brick wall to help my friend. I've searched for sites in which you click on allergens in order to pull up recipes that don't have them in the recipe. I know of a few that will do that for meat-free recipes, but I'm looking specifically for allergens such as nuts, soy, wheat/gluten, etc. Feel free to reblog where applicable and post your answers below or in my ask box.
