Explain the shift: the no method.

you are 100% going to get more result using no method that any other method.
For the moment, let's have a real talk, though. because I noticed that the majority of the methods that are supposed to make you shift are all the same, all with the same structure as the Raven method. So you close your eyes,count to a number while you visualize, and once you are done, you have to do this action or just go to sleep to wake up there. That is the basic idea of a shifting method. I decided to take those basics and simply adapt to my needs! because i will never succed if i use method that are made for other people minds.
how do i shift in a specific reality?
As I said in one of my old posts about shifting, I am a non-control shifter, which means I just fall asleep, and if I shift, it is in a totally random place. but I do have my method to control more where I go!
Be in a comfortable position, and close your eyes. visualize where you want to go, your comfort character, everything about your DR (those are options of what you can visualize, not what you have to visualize).
Imagine yourself in a loop, going on and on about your day in the D.R., and just falling asleep. You will wake up there.
my thoughts:
As a person with ADHD, I struggle a lot to stay in the same position, counting slowly and repeating affirmations. This is something that tired me a lot mentally and, consequently, physically. I was struggling, and I felt bad.
Then I realized that I have to adapt every method to me, and I don't have to adapt for anyone.

So it was raining lightly at the time, I had gone out to my backyard to take the trash out. When I got out I noticed the rain, I love rain! So I started walking in the grass in my backyard, this is when the shift started. It started as a just a tail and ear phantom shift of my puppy type. I started to wag my tails and listen for sounds, I had also began a perception shift. As I was walking the rain got slightly harder. My puppy self loves rain, so I started to run slowly around my yard. This is when I felt a full body shift, full limbs, it felt like I was in all fours on the ground, though I wasn’t. This is when I started galloping around the yard, felling my four legs run in the wet grass. I was panting, feeling the breath come from my snout. As I ran and ran, my dog body felt more and more real, I galloped around the yard, felling the rain on my fur. Then the rain stopped, and I still felt the body but it wasn’t the same, it moved to my actual body, on two feet. My mom came out and called me and the shift vanished! Best shift I’ve ever had! :3c
