" Small things " that's aren't small to me
SPAW things of the day:
-used pasta water to water plants
-walked to the vaccination clinic (yay! Finally vaccinated!) instead of driving
-Repaired a broken picture frame that spontaneously fell off the wall (luckily the glass didn't break)
-Had a vegan supper
Itty bitty actions, but a small effort is better than no effort at all. Maintaining your mental and physical health is the priority. Everything beyond that is extra :) Don't let anyway tell you you're not part of the movement because you're not doing enough
Consistency is key
Small actions add up

“I wish talking about mental health, and having classmates check up on each other, was more of a “thing”. Sometimes a person doing something as small as leaving a goodie bag. Or sending a text can make a big difference.”
