With the third person pov of the show I hope next season we get a scene of Thalia and Annabeth at boarding school looking at the Artemis brochure and Thalia saying something to Annabeth like “what about Percy?”

other people finally seeing the allegories for csa in stranger things after that extremely direct first scene of s5 and the more stereotypical child abductor depictions.... i can finally rest
watching jurassic world and now i want a hollanov au, shane's claire and ilya is owen
Catching up with Trigun Stargaze finally and watching the omurice scene is hysterical because when it first released I saw someone somewhere complaining about how it made no sense that omurice would be considered fancy because Tomas have been shown — including in this episode — to be in ample supply and thusly “egg meals can’t be a luxury” when like.
Eggs are only one part of omurice. You know what the rest of the recipe calls for? Rice. Tomatoes. Pepper/any other seasoning that’s not salt.
Y’know.
Plants.
The shit that even Home Colony says they don’t have much of because, given the size of the garden and the variety of plants implied to be inside it, means there’s probably not much more than a dozen of any individual type of plant that’s not grass. And Home’s end goal is to have More Than That so they’re probably trying to conserve as many healthy seeds as possible for that. Not to mention rice, *the second most important ingredient in omurice,* demands a lot of water in order to grow.
The amount of critique surrounding this shows writing would be hilarious if it didn’t speak to the wider issue of modern day media literacy—
