Spare Key, Iwami Kiyoko in SYRUP: A YURI ANTHOLOGY VOLUME 3
How can everyone just live? How do they get up in the morning and find another day exciting and not a chore to get though Do they have more or better reasons to get up? Have they found their passion or calling Do they have another choice or are they just content with what they choose
Why are we waking up every morning I’m feeling restless anyway There’s nothing on my mind except for the thoughts of escaping Somewhere far from anyone I know Maybe I want to find someting
Maybe I need to find myself again I think I lost me a while ago amongst everything that happend But I need to search within and not in any place do I?
What if I don’t want to? What if I’m afraid of what I find No scrap that, I’m already afraid
How could they do it so easily I know now how hard I find it to adjust to everything They made it seem like it was a matter of days And the answers just came to them And the ones they love were included into that picture
But what about me? What about all the changes, all the sleepless nights wondering, all the doubts and anger and frustration And yet I haven’t figured it out
If anything it got even worse My mind feels trapped in a cage I built myself But I forgot where I left my keys And unfortunatly I haven’t found anyone Whom said they had the spare key

Imagine being best friends with Loki and trusting him with a spare key to your apartment/house/whatever. “In case of an emergency,” you tell him.
Thankfully, such an emergency never arises, but it’s comforting to know that you’re prepared for it.
One morning, you wake up and go into the kitchen for breakfast and (of course) coffee. On your way, you pass the living room… and nearly jump out of your skin at the sight.
Sprawled on your couch is a grinning Loki.
“Draw me like one of your French suitors,” he says.

October 6th excerpt:
By the time the Impala came into sight between the trees ahead, the sun was warm overhead. Jacob had almost gotten used to the tiny weight on his shoulder, barely noticeable unless he paid attention. Sam was a much quieter passenger than Bowman. Even Rischa, when she landed on him, had more questions.
He paused several paces away from the huge, shining black car and ignored the faint clatter of weapons in the duffel bag. "Crap," he muttered. "I'm gonna guess you don't have a spare key hidden in your bag."
Met Paul St. Peter at Omni on Saturday. He’s such a genuinely nice guy, and he always has the best stories to share. He even remembered Xion and I from last year, even though I was Naminé then!
