Arachnia - The Spider God
It has been millennium since my power was stripped by my 'siblings.' Since my name was spoken. And yet i am here. I live once again, only to find my people seemingly abandoned and betrayed by my brethren.
They may not know of Arachnia. Of the Lady of Spiders. Of the Harvestman, but it matters not. They shall know me in time, but it is not why I will do this.
Spider God is kind of an asshole
I swear I make serious art I’m just unmotivated rn LMAO
anyway it’s 2 am and I have a 15 hour drive tomorrow this was not smart to make. Goodnight
Anansi's Apprentice on Tapas
and Ao3
Anansi is a prominent figure in Ashanti and Akan folklore from Ghana. He often takes the shape of a spider and is considered to be the god of all knowledge of stories.
He's the character I choose for the storytober of october 14 which had the theme "folklore" ^^
