I never made time for myself. Time to do things that really mattered to me and my growth. Now I no longer let time being excuse. If I feel like I don't have enough time, then I know that I need to evaluate the things that I'm doing that are causing "busy work". Mastering this skill is constant work in progress but it leads to a life of less stress, avoiding burn out, being happier and feeling more fulfilled!
