Even if you wear a yellow jersey doesn’t mean you have enough money to survive, train and not to have a side job! At least at Tour de France Femmes (yet!). Sorry, someone had to say it! After a breathtaking womxn’s Tour with incredible performance of athletes, fan masses, beautiful and informative TV streaming, emotional interviews of the winners, there is still need to give a voice to a prize pot gap between men and womxn. Highly appreciateed the statement of Vera Hohlfeld, director of a very important german race Thüringer Rundfahrt @lottoladiestour who spoke out uncomfortable facts about the race in live stream of TDFF (which keeps existing only due to donations). Respect! Some of our questions stayed unanswered, but a lot of things have cleared up after this REAL Tour de France Femmes happened and it helps a lot to make new TO-DOs and prognoses for womxn cycling - and, it’s optimistic!
