One of our senior consultants/mentors gifts us small amounts of cash or chocolates every time we answer correctly during ward rounds. I either save them up to get bigger chocolates or use them during my daily tea breaks.

New year, regular me. My exams are in five months, and my thesis submission is due in 30 days. I’m hoping to yap around on Tumblr more consistently to keep myself accountable. I’ll also try to share my daily progress here. See you tomorrow ?

Pediatric study …. Highly messy course

I don't know if you can see Orion’s Belt, but yeah, I enjoyed looking up at a clear sky full of stars. ⭐

My exams are finally ending tomorrow, and believe me, this week was exhausting. But I’ve learned so much—about people, about myself, and, of course, about my professors. 🙄 Sigh.

I need a break, but at the same time, I want to start again—this time with full focus and consistency. And with a little tough self-love. The kind where you push yourself to study for your future self while making a cup of coffee for your present self. Maintaining a balance. Like sleeping early so your future self can enjoy the sunrise, while also giving your present self the rest it desperately needs.

Spent my morning in the operating room with anaesthesiology team

I couldn’t stop myself from sneaking into surgeons side to watch em making art 💙

It surely has been a long day yet I enjoyed every second of it
